I do a lot of fasting, sometimes up to 10 days at a time. I have been using electrolytes in water for years, but I've always felt quite bad no matter how much or little I consumed. So I did some extensive searching to figure out the best ratios, which eventually lead me to purchase this product as it has a more even sodium to potassium distribution.Since then my mood and overall energy has improved significantly. Most other electrolyte powders have too much sodium compared to the potassium, and I've found this can cause me to become dehydrated rather than rehydrated. This powder not only makes me feel perfectly normal while fasting, it actually eradicates my hunger entirely.Furthermore, this tastes so much better than the other powders I've tried.All the other powders I have tried have a grittiness to them that floats around. I've noticed that with this powder the grains tend to eventually dissolve and stick to the side of my water bottle. I'm assuming that this is just some kind of anticaking agent. It's pretty easy to clean off anyway, and the product stills seems to do the job.The only thing missing from this blend is some form of phosphorus, which helps prevent refeeding syndrome when breaking an extended fast. Vitamin B6 covers this, though.

Exactly what I needed, there isn't that much of a taste and it's quick to get used to - and no extra stuff which was exactly what I was looking for - will continue to buy this whenever I run out!

Never tried electrolyte powder before but bought this one for a few reasons.It’s got Zero sugar, no yucky flavouring and it’s quite high in sodium, calcium and potassium amount others.I need the high sodium as I sweat excessively due to Fibromyalgia, certain side affects of pain medication and that I’m also a 58 year old post menopausal woman who only has to look at a picture of the sun and I’m like a broken shower head!!I didn’t think the price was unreasonable for the amount of 100g and if I didn’t like them then I haven’t lost out too much.When I first added two scoops using the measure provided, into a 750ml water bottle, I was a bit shocked as to how salty it tasted but I persevered through it.I now drink 3-4 scoops in a 2L bottle over the course of a day because of how consistently hot the weather is right now. I’m not suffering nearly as many heart palpitations as I was, no cramps in calves and I miss the taste in water that hasn’t got the powders in it.Overall I think it’s a good product and one thing I have learnt is to shake the packet every single time before I open them and that’s made a big difference too.I will buy again.

I will be placing a repeat order.I, wish it came in a tub, because it becomes difficult to scoop out of the zip bag, when it gets to the folds at the bottom of the bag.I think I'll try the flavoured one next 😋

I suffered a lot from cramp while playing tennis, since I've started mixing this into my water I haven't had any issues yet thankfully (about 2-3 months in). For that reason alone, I fully endorse this. However, I was extremely disappointed at first because of how unpalatable this is if you mix it with just 500ml water as it says you can - it's like drinking seawater, absolutely disgusting and just makes you want to throw up. I eventually found a way to mask the taste and make it nice to drink, but not many things work it's that strong. The only things I've found to work so far to work so far are a strong flavoured lemon & lime cordial mixed with 800ml of water (not 500ml as the powder directs) or a 'summer fruits' cordial, again diluted in 800ml of water, and adding 2 teaspoons of sucralose sweetener. Without the sweetener, the summer fruits cordial is still just a disgusting salty taste. However, with just the lemon & lime cordial, I'd even describe the taste as nice as the cordial's flavour on its own is enough to overpower the saltiness of the powder, but I've tried about 6-7 different cordials that weren't enough to mask the taste before I found one that would.

The amount of pottasium is low , taste is manageable and it's a good thing to have to rehydrate any time of the day, comes with a scoop for easy measuring/dosing. Please improve on dosage instructions rather than saying one scoop for every hour of intensive workout. Second time delivery was a day late but sometimes can't be helped

Extremely high quality and high content electrolytes. Mixes very well. I usually add a little juice to taste. It can be quite smoky when you open the tub so be careful not to breathe it in. Will be a repeat purchase for me. Great way to stay hydrated during hot weather and gym sessions.
