This is exactly what I needed in my life. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on massages that were garbage. I wish I had this machine/contraption/massager years ago. The mechanisms itself is perfect. I can manipulate it as needed to fit whether I want it centered on my neck, trapezius muscles, or shoulders. The warmth it provides it provides is perfect; not too hot, not too cold. I plug it in and away we go- so easy to use. I’m not going to lie- I’ve probably used this for hours and hours and I’ve only had it two days. I can use it laying down or sitting upright in my work chair. It has provided immense relief of tight muscles. I hope this works for a long time. Will update after using for a longer period of time. So far - very good!!

Works great. Just know it has to be plugged in to work but it has a long cord.

I’ve been using this since May 5th and it’s already starting to not work very good; like the massager’s aren’t very tough. It massages your lower back and shoulders good but nothing touches your neck and this is one of the main reasons I bought this is for my neck. It’s ok but not fantastic. **EDIT** I am changing this review from 3 to 4 stars because the seller made this right and I appreciate that.

As close to a professional massage as one can get without going to a spa.
