Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The Klarfit Workout Pull-Up Bar with Punch Bag is a wall-mounted punchbag with integrated pull-up bar that's ideal for installing in your home gym or garage.Assembly and installation of the equipment is a relatively simple affair. It arrives in a large protective box, with the handful of steel frame pieces all bolting together using a couple of medium-sized spanners. The first thing you'll need to do is mark on the positioning of the top part of the equipment's frame onto a solid wall. Once marked up, you'll need to drill four 10mm holes into your wall and then screw the frame in using the included rawl plugs and hefty steel screws. After this is up (which needs to be positioned quite high), the rest of the frame is bolted together, with the lower frame section also screwed into the wall via two further 10mm holes.The punchbag itself is attached to the frame via a large and pretty-darn-solid carabiner. Installation from start to finish will probably take around 20 minutes.Once up, you'll notice how solid and sturdy the whole piece of equipment is. The screws that secure the frame to your wall are hefty enough to ensure that there's zero chance of it becoming dislodged from the wall. Pulling yourself up on the pull-up / chin-up bar, there's absolutely no wobble or shifting from the frame. This really is a well-built piece of equipment that's clearly designed to last.The punchbag is heavy and can certainly withstand a barrage of punishment. The tear-resistant faux-leather material that the punchbag is constructed from feels very thick to the touch; definitely able to absorb plenty of hits without any chance of ripping or wearing away.In use, the punchbag shows a standard amount of swing, with the large target zone easily accommodating users of different heights. One slight issue is when punched at a moderate force, the 4mm thick chain that the bag is suspended from has a tendency to knock against the frame's lower support, creating a dull clanging sound every now and again. Furthermore, over time I expect that the black paint around this particular area will gradually wear away with the regular metal-on-metal contact. However, I must emphasise that this does not occur all of the time, and that it can be minimised by punching the bag at a slightly lower place than normal if you are particularly concerned about this happening.All in all I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the product. It's obviously designed to last; having been constructed from strong and high-quality steel. If you're after a punchbag with an integrated pull-up bar that you want to last for many many years of regular use, then I would certainly recommend that you consider this particular piece of equipment.PLEASE NOTE - This product was supplied to me for free for a 100% unbiased review.
