Crikey, soft as down? You can say that again; feels like I'm motor-boating a goose every time I get into bed. The first night I used these was the best nights sleep I'd had in years. Both my partner and I agree that these pillows have made a real difference to our sleeping comfort. Being allergic to feathers means we’ve never been able to find a decent alternative, until now that is. For the first few nights we doubted they would work as they appeared to flatten to a lower height than we’re used to. A couple of times we needed to plump them up during the night. After a week or so we just remember to re-plump them each morning and that seems enough for the following night’s sleep. The improvements have been less restlessness during the night and a noticeable lack of neck and upper back pain in the mornings on rising. Although we don’t find them too thin now I should point out that we’ve got adjustable slat bases and have ‘dipped’ the shoulder areas to promote a straighter spinal position - we are both side sleepers so this really helps. I could see that some people might want to think about raising the pillows either by doubling up (that was just too high for us) or using a firm but thin base pillow. Hope this helps anyone thinking of buying these :)

My husband & I went away with our family & the pillows in our room were so comfy & we both had a few days off great sleep & with this in mind I looked at what make they were & we ordered as soon as we got home. We have brought previously pillows from dunelm & these pillows are so much better quality & give you that great nights sleep.

I have been trying to find lovely soft pillows for ages, and bought a few that were supposed to be and were not, until I got these, they are amazing, I love them and would highly recommend them for people who love really soft pillows

Absolutely great quality pillows, very very soft & extremely down like! Only problem is I've not managed to sleep on them yet, just a little explanation I was an on my tummy no pillow sleeper for years, till age made my scrunched up face at wakeup harder to deal with, I decided to be a pillow sleeper many purchases later still could not find one that was comfortable & didn't feel like someone had knocked seven bells outta my head & a headache hello when I awoke.Meanwhile In between purchases I had been getting a bit lower in my propped up pillow position with the softest some duck feather& down as the top ones...and it was these ones I ended up with as my only pillows, after too many unsuccessful buys. I'd hate to have to say in black & white how old these are , but well everyone needs sleep.I think my new pillows might be perfect if there was half the filling as when I've tried to sleep on one I feel like they totally envelope my face, it's just these pillows are so beautifully made it seem sacrilegious to cut em open no matter how carefully, anyway as they were so good quality wise etc, I thought I'd treat a great friend to a pair as had a memory of her saying her pillows were getting on her nerves because of being uncomfortable, so before purchasing I thought I'd check the sellers website & wow they had a great sale on , now why couldn't they trickle that down to the outlets they sell their products ? Anyway she absolutely loves them and they are extremely comfortable for her ... Me I'm just an oddball sleeper not the norm.

Just wonderful , and I am very awkward when it comes to pillows . I usually have two very soft ones , but only one is needed , they are excellent quality, the case does make a bit of a noise but you get use to it . They are a great shape easy to plump up every morning and you wouldn’t know they wasn’t duck down . I’m going to purchase more for my spare bed they are that great . I did my usual John Lewis Marks and spencer etc research but I really wouldn’t swop . Just love them .

I have to agree with other reviewers - these seem to disappear from under your head and i constantly have to scrunch them up to get some support. The material itself is however very nice and they would be ok for a seldom used guest bedroom but not for every day use for me

i have bought pillows after pillows i admit i did not pay a lot of money for them,i had many asleepless nights until i went on Amazon site and i looked through the beeding section,I saw these pillows read all the reviews they were and i decided to buy one, i am so glad i did it was perfect and i had the best sleep i have ever had i loved the pillow so much i bought myself another one and also the wife and she loved it just as much as i did.
