I am very pleased with this machine. It makes a nice-sized sphere of ice and does so pretty quickly. I turn it on in the morning and in a few hours It makes a bin-full of ice spheres. Good value for the price.

I love this ice machine. I didn't want to invest $300+ in an ice machine and this fits the bill perfectly. I actually love that it is smart and I can create a schedule. Or, if i'm away from home, I can log in, turn it on, and by the time I get home from errands, I have ice ready and waiting. It works very well, is easy to clean, and surprisingly keeps the ice cold/unmelted for quite awhile. After having replaced the ice maker in my French door refrigerator 3 times, I decided enough was enough and this little gem took care of my need without having to invest in another $2000+ in a new refrigerator.

Love these ice balls . Size is nice in a cocktail.if you’re looking for clear ice, buy a water distiller. Thought my water from refrigerator filter would be good enough. TDS meter read 521 ppm . After distilling I get 1 ppm .

This maker is exactly what I’d hoped it to be! The description matches the product you get. It’s easy to use, and offers app functionality. I didn’t use the app with it, as it required a WiFi connection and I used it in my workplace and opted not to connect it. Before deciding not to use the WiFi I downloaded the app and the machine has built in stock passwords to get started, which almost immediately became compromised according to my password manager on my phone. Anyway, the machine itself works easily, and stay full and frozen as long as you refill the water. It’s great for a larger desk top area, and comes with a scoop. The noise is pretty discreet except when dropping ice in to the basket. I suspect that’s a noise you’d hear with any machine though. I bought at a discounted price, and would purchase again at that price. It’s a good little machine and does what the product describes.

Have tried a few of these countertop ice makers - more of a gimmick than a useful tool. However, this one is IT! The spheres of ice are perfect. They last a long time without diluting my drink (my biggest complaint of all the ones I tried before). It does take a little time, but not more than you would expect. A set of trays are included. I make some ice balls and them put them in the trays and in the freezer. Got a ziplock bag full of them! Zero regrets.

Got it for a party and got one ice cube from it. When going over the instructions again & again, & it never worked. So I returned it & went back to the old-fashioned way of having ice at your parties. Ice bags and ice chests! Easy peasy!

Makes ice quickly. Isn't too noisy. Doesn't need to run all the time since ice gets made quickly and you can turn it off. We make ice and bag it them in ziploc freezer bags if we are having friends over and need lots of ice.

Works well for now BUT ice is not clear and it fails to hold ice frozen. Ice balls start to melt almost immediately and will melt away completely in a few hours. That being said it’s more convenient than silicone molds. And it’s quick. But is clear is important and not jumping up every 20 minutes or so to transfer ice to the freezer is important to you, perhaps look elsewhere.

works great, ice melts fast, not good if you expect long term cool drink but we love it and use it daily

Makes ice like a champ but not as fast as I read or expected. Used it 3 x now and takes a good hour or so to fill a shoebox size tub. It's well built, heavy and the cord is nice and long with an angle plug which is nice. The Large size cubes are a little smaller than expected but overall the cubes do what they need to do. It's not loud and we like it. The drain plug is a pain but we'll get used to it. I would recommend this for sure!

Works very well: tested on small and large cubes: basket full light turns off when basket emptied and machine continues. Add cold water as required. The plastic ice-cube scoop-handle is too long for convenient hand use: have to use fingers to pick up few last cubes. I put trays of cubes in zip-lock bags then into freezer for storage. I used them in a cold water knee treatment system after knee replacement surgery. It was quick enough for my needs. You may want to place each cube into a cube-tray prior to storage if using for drinks.

Vraiment génial pour le petit format de glaçon pour ce qui est du plus gros format, reste pris ,les glaçons ne descendent pas, ils restent accrochés. Nous avons dû arrêter le processus.
