[HSB Bundle+] Challenge Xtreme Compound Mitre Saw with Laser - 1500W with Compact Pen 4 in 1 Pocket Screwdriver

I don't often feel the need to write reviews, but it is my duty to warn others of just how bad this saw is.It describes itself as being "suitable for accurate cutting of straight and mitre cuts". This is most certainly NOT the case, I found it impossible to obtain anything that could be remotely described as accuracy.The back stop was not straight. And there is no way to lock the angle movement of the table.I know it is cheap - I was not expecting high quality. Had there been a way to lock the table, then I would have been able to obtain useable cut.In the end I just gave up wasting my time, and cut the mitres by hand. This saw is going back to the shop (homebase)Cutting firewood is about the only thing this saw would be any good for.

I got mine from homebase (UK) and the first cut I made at 0 degrees wasn't strait, it was more like a 7 degree cut, but apart from that it has worked flawlessly

I have this saw its spot on .go to Argos and get it at half the price that's where I got mine. Only thing the blade that comes with it isn't for finishing its a rough cut blade so buy one with extra teeth. Apart from that its a dead on wee saw and I can't fault it.
