Some reported horrible smells. To those people: did you use BlueSeal and flush with 5 gal of hot water during each servicing?

Only when the EcoTrap is exchanged, should you first pour a bucket of hot water to the drain, insert the EcoTrap on the urinal and add water and then the 3 oz of BlueSeal. does this come with any BlueSeal?

Does the urinal come with any blueseal urinal trap liquid or the extraction tool?

Hi. No. It is not standard for this urinal to ship with both the BlueSeal and Xtraptor tool unless you purchase it separately. However, every seller is different and you may find one that comes all together. Direct from the manufacturer, waterless.com, you would need to purchase separately.

where can I find the specs and install instructions so I know it will work in my setup?
