Gerber One-Flip Knife, Blue [30-001354]

I was very excited to get this knife-the color and feel of the knife was great. The problem started when I tried to use the flipper the blade moved about a inch, I tried to open the knife with both hands and the blade did open but made a scraping sound. I am very disappointed with this knife and will not be making any more purchases with Gerber products.

Very beautiful knife. It came sharp right out of the box. Like others have said the flip feature doesn't work too great out of box. This issue is easily fix by lubing and pivot. Other than that the knife is awesome.

Great Knife feels good in your hand. I had to return the knife because when opening the knife it would stick halfway open. funny they called it the "one-flip".

I would love to give this knife a 5 star review, however; the flipping action is very sticky and hardly feels like it is spring loaded. Upon opening the box it only flips about half way out, that’s lame.After one day of light use at work it began squeaking and grinding during the rotation of the blade.I love the way it looks and the blade came razor sharp out of the box but unfortunately it just doesn’t perform how it should. The flipper does not function.

Looks great and feels great in your hand but man do you have to fight to use it. Opens fine for the first 3 or 4 times then it has this very gritty feeling when opening and it takes two hands (now mind you its supposed to be a one handed flip open). I ordered a replacement thinking I got a dud but when the 2nd one had the same problem I knew it was a manufacturer issue
