Definitely like the Brazil Nuts, great flavor and healthy for you! Very expensive for the amount of nuts you receive.

Tastes great, but good to double check the portion size.
These Brazil nuts taste very good and aren't dry at all. I initially bought them because my prenatal vitamins lack selenium, and I wanted a natural source. Since Brazil nuts are very rich in selenium, having just one or two a day is a perfect way for adults to control their intake. Whether it really aids pregnancy is yet to be known, but it's a nice snack. One quick heads-up for parents: although Amazon’s shopping assistant says it's a safe snack for young kids as long as they don't choke, I did some more reading on selenium levels and learned that young children actually need very little of it daily. Just to be safe, I’ve decided not to give these to my 5-year-old son after all. It's a great product for adults, but if you're planning to share them with your little ones, I'd highly recommend doing a quick search on the daily recommended limits first!
