We have had this fast charger for several years for all of our vehicles. It has been extremely valuable for a large family who have both Android phones and iPhones. Its compatibility with both and ability for four items to be charged at the same time for travel, road trips, commutes, and daily driving has been a life-saver at times. It has been so durable and versatile that we can toss it into our bag and bring it for when we use in a rental car. The retractable cords are an excellent feature making its use tangle-free and cords easy to access. With the large number of uses it has had after using it for so long, the retraction works just as well today as when we first used it. This is not a drawback, but it is good to note that the cords are not quite long enough to fully reach to someone holding their phone sitting in the back seat in a sedan. It is typically long enough to reach to a phone sitting on the middle console. The cables being built-in are an excellent feature avoiding having to carry, bring, or attach extra cables. Aside from the two built-in cables, it can also receive two additional cables. We have primarily charged phones and portable external chargers, but have also charged tablets as well. It fits well in the cigarette lighter. There have been times when the charger is not completely pushed into the lighter all the way without us being aware. It ended up that the phone was not charged. However, being aware and making sure there is feedback on the phone that it is being charged and pushing the charger into the lighter fully before charging would easily avoid that issue. The charger functions well and is truly fast charging, a criteria that was a priority when looking at chargers. It is perfect for our sedan where there is space around the lighter to be positioned. It was slightly too large to be used in a compact car, where there was only a small bit of space around the lighter. All in all, this very practical, well-designed, useful, versatile, and reliable charger has been one of the most valued accessories for all of our vehicles. We plan to gift one to each family member once they are ready for their first car.

It's a little big. But it doesn't interfere with using it. It charges quickly. When I don't need it, I just put it in the armrest. As described, it has been working for a long time and it is useful. Easy to use.

This was an excellent, super fast, car charger for just over a year. It stopped charging at about a year and two months. I'm still giving it four stars because of how well it worked and affordable it was. Wishing it lasted longer.

I bought this on Jan 5, but started using it around February. First of all, this is not a high speed charger - it’s takes a long time to charge phones. The retractable c type charger stopped working and stopped retracting within 2 weeks of use. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend buying it. I gave a review to the supplier for which there has been no response - so, poor customer service as well
