This is particular brand is now a staple on my daily intake. One in the morning, one at night.I had tried other brands and that didn’t make any difference. With these, the most noticeable difference has been the moisture of my vagina. It’s a huge difference! And panty liners are now a must, specially during ovulation. My partner appreciates it too. ;) I’m not sure that it helps with PMS mood swings though, but all in all, it works great for other things.So, I have another update, which is something I was not intending the use of this product for. But it definitely affected my fertility. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and it happened against other precautions taken. I interrupted taking it during the pregnancy and just resumed taking two a day, to help with the thinning and labor, and hopefully keeps me from needing to induce contractions with pitocin this time around. All I can say is that it has has big effects for two moisture and fertility, and will update after delivery and recovery.

I take this for severe dry eyes—and for me it helps.o I have spent tons of $$ on eye drops, eye salves, sleep masks, heat packs and special sunglasses, etc. After taking this for about 3 weeks i noticed I wasn’t so uncomfortable. It’s winter in minnesota and its -13. Yes 13 degrees below zero and the furnaces are on in full force blowing hot air everywhere. A nightmare for dry eye people. I noticed my eyes don’t hurt as much and when I put eye drops in I don’t have that terrible smarting or sting. It’s possible years of chronic dry eye is ebbing on its own. OR..........It’s also possible that primrose oil is helping! My eyes are still dry. But they don’t hurt as much and I’m simply more comfortable. I hope others can get some relief, too. It’s not a double blind study. It’s just my experience. My eyes are more comfortable and I will put this product on Auto delivery. I hope others with dry eye can be helped by this too. It isn’t a cure. But i would say it reduced my symptoms by about 25-30%.Good luck!!

I ordered this product for the treatment of cystic acne. It was affordable and delivered very quickly. It’s a little early to tell for sure, but I haven’t had any episodes of cystic acne since starting this product. The only downside is the large size of the capsules.

I’m went to the doc on Wednesday and I wasn’t dilated at all at 37 weeks, ordered this the same day took it the Friday and Saturday. Sunday my DO called to go to the triage to do a test from something he noticed 2 weeks ago. Went in and they also checked to see if I was dilated and I was 3cm dilated with contractions and didn’t even feel it. Thought it was Braxton Hicks. I ended up staying in the hospital because if my blood results preeclampsia and my contractions to be induced. I had my baby girl 2 days later @ 37 weeks and 6 days

I'm currently 7 days post partum. I'd been taking these twice a day for about a month. I had to get an emergency induction 3 weeks ahead of schedule due to high blood pressure. They started the process at 4am and by 10:20am I was fully dilated. My baby came out in 2 pushes. The first thing the nurses said when I got checked was that my cervix was soft. I purposely took these because I had such a difficult labor with my first baby and it was very traumatic. I was in labor for 27hrs.. so I did my research and this was it. Along with some daily raspberry tea. I can't say how the results will be for every mom, but I can tell you I'm 100% certain these helped the process go a lot smoother.

These are very LARGE pills, which is not a problem for me but may be a deterrent to others. They're flavorless, so no complaints there. It took a couple weeks before I started to notice a difference, but they cleared my pain right up.

I am a believer in evening primrose oil for all women and people with eyes and hormones. That being said this capsule is huge. Nobsize on bottle or description. It is bigger than the largest capsule I've ever taken (salmon oil, pictured) and twice the size of my latest brand (also pictured) The adult aspirin is for reference. I use a lot of pills and supplements (pictured) so I can swallow it, but by itself. I personally wont buy it again, just due to size. I need to throw back a couple handfuls of what I need and move on. I cant spend time picking out this one capsule to take individually every day. If you dont take multiple pills, or mix them in a smoothie, get them. Great quality and price, just not for me.

I bought this after I saw my doctor and getting the news that I am post menopausal. I've had vaginal dryness which was really starting to bother me. After one week of taking this the dryness stopped and I felt way more calm. I don't think it works for sleep but the other benefits with it being an omega supplement works so well for my overall health.
