I will definitely repurchase when I run out you can take it just about anyway you can think of I just put a small amount in my mouth and rinse it down with water. But you can add it to your shakes or juices if you like.

This supplement works great for slowing down the loss of muscle in older adults. I take it daily with my creatine and protein shake. I noticed before taking HMB my biceps seemed to look an feel small even though I was still doing my arm workouts. I read about HMB and decided to give it a try. I have been taking Nutricost for about two months and noticed my biceps seemed more fuller and firm. I measured my arms and it showed an increase in size. I am very satisfied with this Nutricost brand product. I have since switched to the capsules which are more convenient and portable.

(4.5) Ive only been taking for a couple weeks so I can’t really speak about results. But it seems to be a really good value and I hope to experience some noticable differences soon. I’ve been eating in a deficit and very low carb with high protein and have also been working out regular. Definitely losing weight and gaining muscle. I’ve tried the powder just dumped from the scoop onto my tongue and it’s pretty bitter. But mixed with 10+ ounces of liquid it’s barely noticeable. It’s a very fine powder and the scoop is very short so my hands are always getting covered. Easiest to leave the scoop on top of the container rather that tossing it in after each use. Much neater that way

UPDATE: JUST MIXED WITH COLD WATER, DISSOLVED COMPLETELY, NO TASTE/NO AFTER TASTE! 5 stars. Has a taste, almost like burnt coffee. Dissolves well in warm/hot liquids, but not so much in cold water. It's only been a week, so not sure of the effectiveness. No stomach issues. Probably won't buy HMB again, unless I start seeing positive changes.
