PRODUCT NOT WORTH YOUR $$$
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It does not track your steps accurately! I was contacted by the seller, Miron asking me to remove my previous review and I would get a $30 Amazon gift card. I did as he asked and I NEVER received my gift card. The product itself does not keep track of all your steps. The only good feature is the heart monitor.

Impressive features for a cheap tracker!
I've been trying out different brands of cheap fitness trackers lately and comparing them to others like Fitbit and Xiaomi, and I have to admit I'm impressed with this one. Like, I really didn't expect the features this has. The screen is nice and big compared to my Xiaomi Mi Band 2, and it has options to display more information such as caller ID name (not just number) and SMS message text. My Xiaomi only displays an icon for the app notification and a number for caller ID. Also, unlike a no-name cheap tracker we recently picked up, this one supports email as a notification type (the last cheap one we found on Amazon didn't have that, which was strange- it supported whatsapp and wechat, but not email??).Another really neat feature is that unlike the Fitbit, Xiaomi and other cheap trackers I've tried, this one doesn't need a proprietary charging cable (which you have to dig up every time it needs charging). It IS its own charger! If you take the wrist band off (it sort of just detaches itself when you pull hard enough on it), it reveals a USB end that you literally just plug into any USB port. It sort of just looks like an odd thumb drive while charging, but what a convenient way to deal with topping off the battery!I also really like that you can start a session of running, biking, etc, right from the display of the device. The Xiaomi Mi band, for example, can also track those things, but you need to take out your phone and open the app to select and start the session.Whew. Now that I've sung its praises, I have to admit that I've only had it a couple of days so far. I haven't had it long enough to report on battery life, however I understand it is rated in days rather than weeks like the Xiaomi (which I've had last nearly 3 weeks on a charge). That seems right in line with other trackers, but if you want the absolute best battery it isn't this one. Then again, its so easy to top off the battery anywhere you go because of the built in USB plug.I also have not had enough time to really report on the accuracy. It seems about in line with other trackers, but I can't say for sure until I test it alongside them. The build quality is OK, does not feel as solid as the Xiaomi or Fitbit, but you are definitely getting more for your money with this one. If it turns out the band doesn't hold up to being removed for multiple charges, etc, I'll try to come back and keep you guys posted. For now, I'm jazzed enough about this that I think it deserves 5 stars!

Get what you pay for
UPDATE: After posting a 3-star review, I received an email from the seller offering a full refund and asking to change the review to 5-stars. I read a couple other reviews which said the same. My bet is a good number of the 5-star reviews are ones which were changed or are fake reviews all together. Changed to 1-star after this realization.I bought the band mainly to monitor sleep, which is probably pretty accurate because I don't sleep well right now. The band shows me getting about an hour of deep sleep and the other 5-7 of light sleep. Makes sense, so I figured this thing probably works well. For the first few days I thought the heart rate worked well also, but I didn't really think to look at it while working out. This morning I checked my resting heart rate (sitting at a desk) and it ranged from 60-125. Not exactly correct. Doing it the old fashioned way of a finger on my wrist got between 60 and 65 after checking a couple times. During a cardio workout where I should be at a good 150, it would still have a range from 75 or so up to 150. Again, not exactly correct.I'm not real sure on the steps, especially with doing cardio videos and the accuracy. It might be fairly accurate, I haven't walked around very much at work the last few days, but I still think it is high. Maybe I toss and turn a lot in my sleep, but when you wake up and you've already taken a couple hundred steps, it doesn't look very good on the accuracy scale.I don't think I'll keep this one and likely return for the more expensive FitBit for better accuracy.

Terrible product
My wife had one for a week and it didn't seem too bad so I decided to take a stab at one for myself. I wish I didn't!! I have had this device for a week and have already encountered a whole host of problems!! It started off working fine but by day 3 it stopped tracking my sleep. So i decided to try unbind/uninstall & reinstall the app but in doing so I lost ALL my previous days data. This was despite me syncing just before trying the above steps AND having created a personal account. So I bared with the frustration and tried again. First thing I noticed that it was having trouble syncing. It would just stay at 0%. If i manually synced it (via the options) it would update (this showed me that sync was working fine and that there were no connectivity issues). This worked so/so for a few days. When I woke up yesterday, the sleep issue had returned again in that nothing was tracked. Today when I woke up, even though I made sure to manually sync last night, yesterday's data was not logged AND there was no sleep data! Terrible!! The only action I haven't yet tried is putting this device in the path of my car tire and running over it.

Works Great makes for Great Gift
I got this as a gift for my fiance we had bought a different brand almost year ago and his band had broke with no way to fix it. So far for the past 2 months I have heard how happy with it. He says he doesn't have to charge it as often so it holds a good charge. Also that the App is much better and more accurate however takes a while to refresh. He has worn it every day since. Only con I have with it is it lights up on its own in the middle of the night. So get takes it off to sleep since u don't like it shining in my eye. But other then that works great and we can get new bands if we need to. He loves it.
