Very easily soluble in water and easy to digest. Does not cause bloating. Absorption into the system can be different for different users. Protein content could be lower than advertised. I have used this brand protein powder in 3 flavours, strawberry chocolate and coffee.My personal favourite is coffee. The other two even though have the same effectiveness and results, I found the taste not as per my liking.Coming to the protein powder, the whole truth has this amazing formula which doesn't cause any bloating, heaviness, or any other side effects of any kind. It mixes easily and you don't necessarily need a shaker for that.
