Thought coils where motorcraft! That's on me for not reading the info on parts. I would not had purchased if I caught this! Already # 7 coil is having issues less than 1000 miles. China specials.. I will get motorcraft and reinstall. On time delivery !! King auto parts did reach out to resolve the issue, all is good tks for your support. Once again my issue, for not reviewing the parts before ordering.

I gave the MAS Ignition Coil Set a chance to repair some coils that went out on my 2013 Expedition EL because they looked like they would fit and had a healthy 4-star review. The good part of the set is that they're a direct fit for OEM. There are major bad parts about this set though. First, the boots are slightly too large in diameter--while this gives a very good seal in the spark plug well, it makes them difficult to remove. Second, they're lighter and louder than OEM. That may be a non-issue, but you definitely hear the clicking of the coils every time it sparks. Last, the SP-509s are fake. The engraving is etched, not stamped; the numbering is centered on the hex flats instead of near the edge; and the blue printing can be scraped off by a fingernail. The spark plug boxes look legit though--very good job of a fake product. Too bad I didn't realize this until after the return period. What does this do? Well, I assume the parts are failing slowly in the engine, and my usual 15/16 mpg has fallen to 12/13 consistently over 2 months. I think I'm going to take them out and get the real parts before something explodes in my engine. Save your money and get some OEM parts.

I just bought this July 19th and already have a misfire and it was done professionally. The ignition coil was swapped to other pistons and the problem followed. Thankfully the company reached out to me and sent me new ones and it has a 1 year warranty to cover their product.

Now installed and over 5000 miles completed. i like that the spark plugs are Motocraft, original equipment. the coils are very good and much cheaper than the OEM options. very easy to change out all plugs, but buy a plug wrench from Amazon for the job. Update: We purchased these coils in January 2019, we are now in July 2020 and i have lost two coils thus far. if you have a diagnostic tool you can easily diagnose which coil has gone. this was no. 5 on a V8. and it is not a hard job to change the coil, but how much damage am i doing to the engine and Cat. I was 5 miles away from the house, it took 10 minutes to identify the issue and install a new one. I purchased 10 coils and plugs for my V8, i have now used my two spares.

No problems here. Arrived safely and quickly. Installed with new plugs and works great.

About half of them failed after 2 days. Not worth it. Go and get oem from a dealership or auto store
