Q: Will they hurt plastic pipes?

No I live in a moblehome and it works great and no problem to the pipes

Q: Can you use them in a drain with a garbage disposal? Wouldn't the garbage disposal break the stick?

If you put it in the garbage disposal and run the motor, the stick will get destroyed. It will then NOT dissolve slowly, as it is intended to do. Has anyone else tried this? I'm thinking drop it in after dinner/cleanup and then try not to use the disposer the next day at all. Would give 2 days of "slow dissolving"

Q: I use my kitchen sink as the drain for the washing machine. Would I use more than one a month?

Once a month will be satisfactory for regular drain use. It's certainly possibly you can reduce to every 3 weeks if its a heavily used sink though!

Q: There are no instructions. how do i use them? what do i do for a sink with only one drain that is also a garbage disposal?

You should put a bio-flow stick completely down the drain & then start its action by flowing some warm water down that drain. Use one stick monthly for preventive maintenance. As for a drain that has a garbage disposal, the stick has to be placed completely below the blades to avoid splintering & possible clogging.
