Not waterproof. Clumps. Totally Over-hyped.
I'm in a hot humid climate in SE Texas. This runs easily and quickly creating raccoon eyes, and it "sticks" to my skin; so not only are you out and it's running, you can't clean it off. It often leaving traces for days after trying to remove with makeup remover several times over. It makes my eyelashes heavy, and I found my contacts get dirty, which I've not had that problem in the past...strange... I'm assuming due to the running...Not only would I not buy this again, I'm throwing my brand new one away.

Stays on!
I had read a review of this on an online blog. I have been looking for a waterproof mascara that doesn’t flake. So far, this is the best drug store brand that works. I find that if I put it on before drying my hair and giving it time to dry before putting on my other makeup works the best.

Package should read: "All of your eyelashes gooped into one, guaranteed!"
Wow. I really like Neutrogena products. I use quite a lot of them, especially because they don't test on animals, and they are good for sensitive skin. But this one? Unless you want all of your eyelashes clumped into one or two goopy crayon-looking lashes, don't buy it! I have used their other waterproof mascaras for years, no problem! I got this one, because it was available in the Subscribe and Save option. Fool me once...

Doesn't stay on lashes
I am unable to complete a shift at work without racoon eyes. In addition, it goes on really clumpy. Bought an eyelash comb for the first time just to make this stuff look acceptable.

Lashes Look Bigger and Better
It makes me look like I have eyelashes again, however it is prone to clumping a bit more than most.I like that I don’t have raccoon eyes with this mascara like I did with my old mascara, though it is a bit harder to remove.

Disappointed with neutrogena lately.
Does not give volume or length. It flakes off after 2 hrs and would be on my face.The new neutrogena hydro boost face wash is horrible too. It drys my skin so bad that my face started peeling.

Unusable mascara, goopy and clumpy!
Do not buy this. No returns allowed, waste of money. Very goopy, clumpy and unusable. This mascara is defective! I’ve been buying this brand and same type for a while and would not purchase from this seller again.

NOT WATERPROOF!
Defiantly not waterproof. After slightly watery eyes (not even tears) or a light sweat, this mascara starts to run.
