Uncle Mike's Off-Duty and Concealment Nylon OT ITP Holster

Not bad but not great.
This isn't a bad holster. I like that it's soft next to your skin + the neoprene material wont cause holster wear marks like leather. The plastic clip works pretty good to keep it secured to your belt but beware that if you wear it in the small of your back there is a part of the clip that sticks out enough that it damaged the leather seat back in my truck, I ended up grinding it off. The Uncle Mike's sizing chart leaves a lot to be desired. Size 1 fits the Glock 42, Ruger LC9 and the Ruger LC380 very good.

Ideal CCW holster for me
My first CCW holster and it was perfect. I'm 5' 10" and about 180 lbs with an athletic build. I use it in the 'crotch' position with a compact 9MM for now, which is a comfortable size gun for CCW, but I'm getting a sub-compact 9MM for this purpose. Allows me to sit even in a low, cushy sofa with minimal discomfort. No issues while sitting in the driver's seat of my coupe with sport seats. It conceals perfectly even with low-rider jeans and a relatively close fitting shirt. See the pics attached. Shows front view and side view with the concealed holster. The material is soft so wearing it for long period of times does not irritate your skin. I don't see any flaws with the construction or materials used. For the price, it was a pretty good deal.

Works, leaves much to be desired
Its functional, but it could be so much better with just a little added manufacturing cost. Had realized the belt clip was plastic I would've looked elsewhere. I'm sure it would be fine for a J frame airweight or a Sub compact plastic fantastic, but with a large L Frame style revolver it's just not secure enough. It doesn't seat well over a heavy belt either, it might work over a dress belt, but I wear a heavy Duluth trading ranger belt, and the clip is overtaxed to get around it. It wasn't overly expensive and can be made to work in a pinch, but if your looking into something for EDC, I would advise to go with a higher quality model.

It works well
I've used Uncle Mike's concealment holsters for years. I prefer the ones without the security strap which makes the holster less secure but that's my choice. The material used is thin and keeps the bulk down which is important to me. My new 380 EZ Shield fits in the holster I purchased better than I thought it would which makes me happy. One can't beat the price for a functional holster. They last a long time. I've been carrying a gun for a long time and I have only wore out one Uncle Mike's holster and that was after constant use for over ten years.

Great for my XDS
Using the sizing suggestions on Uncle Mike’s website, I found a size 12 would adequately fit my Springfield XDS. As a no frills holster this product performs well above my expectations. Outwardly, it appears quite cheap and simple and has no method of retention. The holster is made of some sort of neoprene type materal that’s actually quite grippy when carried IWB so the risk of your firearm popping out is low especially when appendix carrying like I do. Works well for the 4 o’clock position as well but I don’t usually carry there. The clip is plastic but very flexible and I wouldn’t count on it breaking unless you really put some effort behind it. Overall very pleased. For those wondering, an XDS is similar in size to the Shield so a size 12 should suffice.

LH Uncle Mike's Size 10 Inside-The-Pant Holster, Black 89102
LH Uncle Mike's Size 10 Inside-The-Pant Holster, Black 89102I am very happy with the fit and hold of this holster when using it with the Taurus TCP PT738 .380ACP. It does fit really snug at first but after leaving it in the holster for a week or two it forms perfectly. It very little wasted space, it is by far the best one I have found as far as minimal real estate. It is soft against my back and feels very comfortable! It feels like a synthetic suede or a diving suit material almost, I'm not sure but it feels great. The clip holds the holster in place very solid when withdrawing the weapon, it is a soft holster so putting it back in does require a little more effort than a kydex or leather holster, but it is more comfortable and it is more important to me how fast I can draw my weapon rather than how fast I can holster it. The reason is since it is a soft holster and in your pants it has to be nudged in then shoved down to open the soft holster(I hope that makes sense?). I will leave a couple pics just to show how well it works for the TCP. It really is the perfect holster for me and I hope you enjoy it too. Just in case anyone wants to know the rubber grip is a Pachmayr Item #05176 & the magazine extension is the Garrison Grip Extension 1.25" Item #799471451526 2pk. My magazine was made in ITALY, so the Mec-Gar MGPT7386B is identical to the stock magazine, only difference is the carrier is blue plastic instead of red but is identical and performs perfectly, my oem stock magazine from Taurus even says Mec-Gar on it!***IMPORTANT***If you plan to use this as a middle of the back in the pants holster make sure you buy the left handed holster 89102, I bought the right handed one first, you know, because I'm right handed and all? And had to buy this one to make it work the way I wanted it to.

Out of the package I like the material it's made of
I just received this today 2-18-17, I purchased size #12 LEFT hand item number 89122. Out of the package I like the material it's made of, it fits my Taurus PT111 G2 MILLENNIUM very well. As others stated it does sit high on the waistband, but I don't feel this will be a huge issue. It feels comfortable against the body while sitting and standing. It feels like I can draw easily without any snags. I will update my review in a few months after I've used it more*UPDATE*4-19-17 I've had the size #12 LEFT for two months now and I'm extremely happy with it. I did notice, as some mentioned, if you're doing a lot of bending it's not ideal for those situations as it can work the pistol up in the holster. (I suspect if I sewed an elastic cord on it, that would solve that problem)I liked this holster so much I ordered the size #15 LEFT for my Ruger SR9 I'll add to this review after I've had a chance to use it for a while. First impressions for it are I like it as well as the other one, however because the pistol is a larger frame it will take some getting used to while sitting and it prints under my t-shirt more than the other one. It will work better in the winter when heavier clothes are worn. That said, with a looser shirt it's still quite concealed.

Glock 26
Bought this holster for a Glock 26. Good quality as you would expect. I found the holster sits a bit high and leaves the butt of the gun above the belt more than I would like. The holster was probably designed this way to allow a no fumble grip of the butt. I prefer the gun lower down in the waistband and so continue with my Price Western leather IWB. For info, I don’t use the grip extension as I prefer the concealment of the ten round mag.
