Inner Armour BCAA Peak

This stuff tastes great and after taking for a couple of weeks i can really tell a difference in how I feel after working out!The directions say to mix a scoop with 16oz. of water, but i prefer 32 oz. so is it not as sweet. It DOES NOT have a fake sugar taste, or aftertaste for that matter. I drink about half a bottle prior to working out and continue to drink during and finish bottle after workout. It’s helped increase my recovery and i am not so beat up after a hard HIIT or lifting session.You can’t go wrong purchasing this product, just do it!

This product has a high dosage in Leucine in which bypasses the liver and delivers directly into muscles for muscle recovery; hence, it's an essential, key amino acids in building and recovering body. As a jiu-jitsu athlete and competitor, there were too many days where I would feel too sore in the morning or between training sessions to even move. With this product, I did feel that my recovery time has shortened and the degree of bodily pain reduced greatly! Overall, the product is great and I highly recommend it although it seems a bit pricey.

I used this for about a year as an intra-workout because the watermelon flavor tastes great mixed with 16oz of water. It's delicious. I see others have complained that it doesn't mix well but I've found this to be the case with all BCAAs. Put it in your bottle and shake it up and it will mix fine... mostly.

im very pleased to have found this here on amazon.12;1;1 ratio is awesome for peak recovery.(just not that this ratio isn't for everyone and the ratio you may need will vary dependent upon your unique fitness goals)the flavor is decent. if too sweet just add more water to dilute it.mixing is good not great. you can mix it in a shaker but has a foamy product on top layer of liquid if your trying to drink it immediately. otherwise mix it and let sit for 5-10 mins. the foam will absorb into the water and then your good.overall it works

I read all the reviews and I almost did not buy it. But this is good sh** It is very sweet and stevia might be too sweet for some...but man, comparing to many stuff I have drank this is gold! Plus it is not gooey. Its light and goes down so quickly. I love it.

I have tried many BCAA powders and this is by far none the best tasting BCAA drink you can have. Others I've tried have a foul odor (marijuana like) and couldn't get passed the second sip. After searching for a better tasting powder, Inner Armour has fit the bill. It's so good that I have this on auto-ship (every month).

Amazing product! I recommended this to all my friends because it tastes amazing, I have tried almost all the flavors and I’m yet to be disappointed! It mixes great into a gallon of water! It mixes in clear and provides the perfect ratio of bcaa’s! I WILL be buying again!

I have completed 2 wks on this product. So far I have had less soreness on my muscles after intense work outs (I can feel that I worked the muscles out hard but I am not sore to the point it hurts to move). I also use this with Muscle-Peak and Muscle Rush. So far this is a great combo!!
