I really did like this rug. Washed it first and it did shed a lot in the dryer but didn’t hurt the look or fluffiness at all. Fit the area perfectly and actually had to wash it four times after the first wash because as much as I liked it, so did my cat. The rug did not smell bad at all when I got it so that wasn’t the problem but had to pick it up. It shed thru all the washings and still looked good. I am sharing this tale because I put this rug thru a lot and I would highly recommend it.

I really enjoy and like this rug. You can not beat the price ($20 for the long one) or the quality for the price. I plan to purchase another for a different room. The rug is well made and solid, the colors are beautifully dappled and true to what is shown on the model pictures. The reason it is a 4.5 star vs a 5 is simply due to it not being an exact rectangle and for the backing. It is a "sprayed latex" backing. Which means a few things: when you look at the back you will be confused because you won't see any latex like sealed backing -nor will it feel like it is there. And also, this style does not provide a true non-slip rug. Mind you, it will not slip out from under you under normal/intended use but if say you or your children wrnt running across it in an open room the rug will slide. For my purposes, I am using it as intended in a bathroom along my tub. Outside my wilddogbeast no one disrupts the rug and I adore it. I have not washed it, and do not intend to with a washing machine. I will spot clean as needed. I did fluff it in the dryer on cool just to loosen it post delivery and it worked very well. But to be clear this is a more absorbent style yarn like rug. It is not a super plush, sink into it style.

When I ordered this item, it said it was washer approved so when I put it into my washer, I washed it well before it’s been out or drained. I looked in it. The whole thing was clear full of the whole thing was coming apart, so I stopped it I had to take a drainer From a food drainer and start straining out all of the lint before it went through my washer pump to ruin my washer. It was a beautiful rug. I love the rug, but now it’s ruined. What do I do? How do I get it clean? How do I rinse it out? It’s fell apart pretty much. I got gobs and gods of the stuff off of it. I mean football size I do not recommend this rug to no one. It’s beautiful. Yes if you buy it take it outside outside and get you a spray hose wash it that way don’t take a chance put it in your washer and get it stopped Up. Your pump will go bad. Take my word for it. They need to refund my money. I bought the whole set three pieces the long piece, the next size and the neck size.

This is a pretty rug but it bunches up and sheds constantly.

I love this rug! I painted our bathroom vanity a deep blue and this was a perfect compliment to it! The rug is very long and very soft and absorbent. It is super cushy to walk on. The first I washed it was a bit alarming. SO much fluff came off of it, however, somehow, it made it even cushier to walk on! The colors are really nice and it is a great bathroom rug for the kids bathroom! Very impressed.
