I use it to make sour raisins & berries. I love sour patch kids, but don't want all the added sugar. I know dried fruit has naturally occurring sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of this mixed in to a 6 oz bag of dried fruit is to die for, imo.

Buy this - buy cherries from the grocery store - mix a pinch of this with a pinch of sugar. Now you have a natural substitute for cherry sour patch kids. I’m hooked. And you can’t eat too much because it will burn your lips.

Great product for the price! I have used it when making homemade gummy’s to add flavor and as a natural preservative. Don’t be fooled by other, more expensive branded with in my opinion WAY to much. If you want a small batch to try or if you are only for to use a teaspoon or 2 at a time buy this product.

This adds a nice tang to sourdough bread. I use less than 1/2 tsp per loaf, so this bag will last a long time. Great buy!

You use this to clean really baked on messes! Works perfect just sprinkle a little in water and let it sit. Took quiche filling off of an aluminum baking sheet in 15 minutes! Have also used to clean dishwasher and washing machine.

Used as an acidulant in the kitchen.

I used to be able to find citric acid in the spice aisle of the grocery stores until the last 10 yrs or so. I was not comfortable with ordering food stuffs online but this purchase has changed my mind. The consistency was just perfect. My recipes were as delicious as I remembered.
