Works
This works for nuts and dry fruit. Gummies do not work well.

So much fun!!
Love love love!I have had so much fun with this! I was afraid at first but after a few times using and getting the rhythm down, it's been great! I sell retail in small batches and love how many different varieties I can come up with from chocolate covered nuts to dried fruit to espresso beans.

Coat everything with everything
This as a tumbler, works great.Want chocolate coating on anything? Nuts, pretzels, candy, it works. Want cheese powder on your fries? Done. It is simple, but it works, and it is sturdy, cleaned in a dishwasher. Just remember to grease your bearings, with literal kitchen grease or oil, it works. Use with a tilt head kitchenaid mixer.

Would be nice if there was an additional Stabling Pieace
So I use to make candy in my old Job, kind of miss doing the coating process so was looking for the closes thing to a home version, well I should also add I live in a studio apartment so creativity is quite expansive, with that said, I am using a “Artisan Kitchen Aid Mini 3.5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer” if you have this unit you know you need “special sizing” and something work while other don’t, so I am here to tell you IT WORKS! But be sure that your KA unit is stable at lock settings, because coating takes hours, and you want it to be as stable as possible (understand you are introducing vibrations for hours on end). One last note, it MUST be in an upper angle because it is partly attached by gravity: hence the headline comment.

Little small
Its a little small if you are planning on doing any kind thing over a pound or so. It takes a lot of time. It is nice to be able to do this at home and get a pretty good result. Just making chocolate almonds to hand out to friends and family. Its the only option at this price range so I would totally buy it again. Give yourself plenty of time to make enough. Also get a hair dryer (with cold) and a dryer stand so that the dryer can point into it while it spins, it helps a lot.
