Imaginext toys can lasts for decades. We have many hand-me-downs from cousins. This particular angler fish will follow suit. It's extremely durable.Now, value for money can be more difficult to compare. We purchased at 39.99. (Which is comparable to in store purchases without discounts.) Can it be found in store? That is the difficulty. Our son loves this particular fish. "Mommy, I love deep, deep sea." So, it really wasn't about finding "a deal."We appreciate that this seller had it in stock and could deliver it to our household.We are thrilled that Imaginext created an interactive creature that can last for years of hard play.

Wish I read the q&a closer. Very misleading add. If Christmas wasn't tomorrow I would be returning it. Not worth the $18 for one item! So dissapointed!

Rather upset that we didn't recieve both items pictured and then on top of that the one we did get wasn't the one he really wanted which was the angler fish. Not worth it buyer beware!
