Will it work other trim colors besides black?

No. It will not change the color of your trim. It is meant for BLACK trim only.

Can this be used on interior plastic?

The company doesn't reccomend use on interior surfaces. Having used it myself with amazing results, I too was tempted to do a few problem interior parts. I think the odor issue was at the root of the interior issue, but I didn't find the odor that bad or that strong.

can this be used on pillar trim?

If you're referring to exterior pillar trim, it should work. I used it on my exterior pillar trim. If you're referring to anything interior, then that's a mystery to me. I would assume you could, but I would also recommend finding an obscure location to test it first.

Will one kit have enough product to treat a molded in color gray removable hard top on a 2022 Ford Bronco and the additional black plastic trim?

Yes. The four application pads can do an extremely large area. I did my avalanche trim and running boards with two coats each. It looks like new and is lasting a very long time.
