Unbelievably quiet but still tactile and cheap
I switched over to these from gateron milky yellows (linear switches with greater activation force), and instantly a few things are noticeable - the unbelievable quietness - the subtle but definitely noticeable tactile bump at the beginning of the key press - the pins and housing build quality seems much better, I was gentle so as not to blow my hot swap sockets on the board. - Very affordable, especially if you have a keyboard with less than 45 keys Tactiliy + quietness is kinda like the holy grail of switches for a lot of people who work in crowded offices, and Akko nailed it. I think it is the rubber lining at the bottom of the switches i think that makes it so. Minor drawbacks I know a lot of people enjoy slamming the keycaps and bottoming out, because of the rubber lining, you don't quite get that feeling with these, it's almost like rubber dome when you bottom out, so you might hate that. Out of the box, these are a bit scratchy feeling (which I like), and, I hear that these have about a week or so break in period. But, if you have the ability to lube them, do it, I think that would make em feel even better. Overall, can't go wrong with these if you like tactile switches and if you won't miss the clacks and thoccs. Highly recommended !!

High quality- quiet and satisfying switches
Fantastic quality, the best switches I have used. I have been through a fair few options and although the feel/sound is personal preference they are so quiet and look and feel great. All arrived in tidy packaging and all working as intended. Best product I have bought on Amazon in ages.

Smooth and silent
These switches are so smooth and silent, I love them! They all fit and functioned perfectly, backlight comes through well and they have improved my typing and gaming experience immensely. Coming from cherry red switches, which were quiet but still a bit clicky for me, these switches are silent and feel great

Deeply impressive silent switches
The penguins are just a classier experience/ introvert's dream. People are obsessed with the thwock and the bazang and the smengus or whatever they're calling each noise a keyboard sounds like (you do you) but these are for people who want the feel of the board without yelling about it.

I'm a silent tactile convert
I ordered a bunch of switches to test them out on my Rainy 75. I ordered 'thock', 'creamy', 'silent', 'linear', 'tactile' etc and these were the ones that I loved most. Being relatively new to mechanical keyboards I knew very little about switches but was kinda getting a bit tired of the 'clackiness' of the the HMX Violet. I put all of new keys on the boards and these are the ones I loved most. There is a little 'tactile' bump which cannot be described rather only felt and it means that I am not tapping the wrong keys with my heavy fingers by accident. They do not feel mushy like some people ask about on forums. They are not completely silent but close enough. I could take this keyboard in the office now now problem whereas, I couldn't previously. So I am sold on tactile and I love these switches. Will rock them for at least a few months! PS The enter key is one of the old HMX switches for comparison

No brainer purchase if you are looking for silent switches for office and home use.
I never leave reviews but I picked up an RK M75 with brown switches and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet they were. Still some sound but low enough for office/home use. I was thinking I had wasted purchasing these penguin switches, but when I tried one I was even more surprised that the sound profile on those is zero. You can here 0 clicking or anything of the sort. As silent as I think you're going to get without going into the 1% territory of internet obsessives. Fantastic switches.

Silent
Easily the quietest tactile switches I've tested, and I bought these batches to fit my whole keyboard out with.
