What can I say, definitely value for money. So far, I can’t fault them in any way.Speedy delivery which is always a plus, feel solid, VERY easy to install-although I had to shorten the square pin bu about 7mm, but my hack saw made little work out of it, and I just reused my old screws, saved me from having to cut them as well.Locking is a bit tight, but it will probably loosen in time. Keys seem a little on the thin side compared to the ones I am replacing, but they do the job, and they all fit all the locks.They weren’t exactly the same as my originals, slightly thinner, but they do fit the part. Time will tell if they last, as I only installed them today, 4/7/20.

Very good value for the money when compared with the other white UPVC window handles.I used them to replace old polished brass look handles on my in-laws old UPVC windows and I had to do a bit of bodge and scarper to get them to fit, but 99% was due to the age of the frames & hinges.The handles are slightly stiff to operate on first install, and this is / was problematic for me 80+ in-laws, but a bit PTFE lube and operating before install and they are getting easier to operate.These handles are every bit as good if not exactly the same as the more expensive, just supplied at trade price. Very very pleased I bought from this supplier.

I've had two lots of these . First lot were undamaged the second delivery three were damaged. Packaging was undamaged but product was. Doesn't look pleasing to eye.Easy to lock and install..Would appreciate items in better condition so I could return these.

Happy with the product. Had to use old screws because the screws were too long. Did not have to cut the shaft. Just pull out the new shaft and replace with original shorter shaft. Easily done.

As per other reviewer's comments I prepared myself to cut down a lot of the metal screws and rods. My trusty angle grinder made short work of this task and these have given my old double glassing a modern overhaul. Very easy to install.

We have has a couple fo breakins locally and not all our window locks were working, decided to replace them with these for some peace of mind. Easy to fit, used the new screws provided and easily cut the shafts to the correct length, take one out and replace, easy.

Bought as replacements for non lock windows.very good quality straight forward replacement for original handles.Takes a couple of minutes to swop. Spindles can be cut but different sizes available ordered 40mm cut them down to 30mm for my needs, very pleased.

Handles brought as replacements to old ones which were either broken or worn out. The new handles fitted perfectly after cutting the bar to the desired length. The screws were a bit lengthy, so used the original screws, I guess I could have cut them to the desired length, but saved a lot of hassle. Delivery was prompt through the prime option.
