Did not fit my leg and slid down when I walked even though it says one size fits all.

So, to start, I'm 41, overweight with severe arthritis in both knees (thanks, Grandma), bone on bone. When I walk, my knees feel like they're encased in air splints. Going up steps I can hear my left knee grinding together. If I stand still for too long my left knee locks up and it's agonizing when it pops free again. I work a physical job, and my desk is up on a mezzanine (there is a lift but it's on the other side of the mezzanine from where I typically work) so halfway through my shift I can barely walk. Celebrex barely works, Euflexxa was ineffective... you get the picture. I got these knee braces on a whim, almost didn't bother bc knee braces don't usually do much but roll down bc my thighs are so thick. Boy, am I glad I did. While they don't take the pain away completely, they somehow keep my joints from grinding together, I think this lessens the inflammation, so it's not as painful to walk. We ran so many errands today with more walking than I'm usually comfortable with (next to none) and I barely had any pain at all. Yes, the Velcro sucks. I can't determine yet if it's the hook Velcro (though this isn't sewn on well, that's an easy fix) or the material it needs to attach to. Anyone with two working hands and a brain can sew Velcro back on, or replace a strap. I just ordered two more to wear on weekends when my work pair are in the laundry. UPDATE: Not every pair has junky Velcro! 4 stars for functionality, minus one star for the low grade Velcro.

It has a tendency to slide down a bit after a days use. But was comfortable early in the day.

Excellent braces

I ordered 2 for my husband's knees as he has osteoarthritis. First the quality of this product is subpar. Secondly there are no instructions on how to put them on. Not as advertised. Does not offer proper knee support. There is no way each knee brace is worth $29 each, they are worth maybe less than $10 each. Based on my experience I do not recommend this product. It is cheaply made, and doesn't perform as advertised. I returned both knee sleeves for a refund the next day after delivery.

I should have read the reviews and consumer report reviews before I purchased this one. Absolutely no support! Way too soft for that. It does not stay in place well either. Look elsewhere for a real supportive knee BRACE. i wore for about an hour and said no help and back it went for a full refund. But do check into the Herbal Knee Patch by the same company, i wrote a review about those, all good.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who has severe knee pain, 72 year old male, played a lot of sports. He received it last week and claims that the pain is gone. I imagine results vary among individuals, however, this brace is working for him. He specifically requested this brand.
