Can't hear my neighbors TV anymore! Thank the lawd
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I started looking to ACTIVE noise canceling headphones since I moved to CT and have neighbors on both sides that enjoy gospel music at full volume 7 days a week rotated with court TV and cable news. Anyways.... I work from home and this is not conducive to a peaceful work environment. I've been testing these out with active noise canceling on and off. This setting does make a difference. The sound quality is good and I can wear these for hours on end. I'm really enjoying the wireless. I can walk around my apartment and they stay connected. No issues with Bluetooth connectively on phone or desktop. Comes with a carry case for airline travel. Thank you for providing a back up wire connection. The charge was fast and they last a long time on the charge even with Noise Canceling going. They feel solid and well built. Light weight at the same time so they don't weigh your head down. Very nice product.

Awesome, affordable noise canceling headphones
Shipped really fast, even without 2-day prime shipping. These are a sleek, good looking a good sounding solid pair of ANC headphones, and you can’t beat the price.Pros:Pairing – easy to pair with an iphone. To pair them, you just hold down the power button. Had them paired in a few seconds.Prompts - One improvement compared to the mixcder shareme headphones is that when you turn these one, they don’t have a loud “POWER ON” announcement, but rather a soft beep that does not hurt your ears.Weight – they are not too heavy but they don’t feel cheap either. They feel like good quality headphones, better than beats solo, and at half the cost.Sound quality – these are on par with some of the higher end headphones I have tried, and you can’t beat the sound quality for the price. These have more bass than the audio technicas and are louder overall too.Ear cups – they are very soft and comfortable, comparable to bose or audio technica ear cups. I have had Mixcder ShareMe headphones with similar ear cups and they are also pretty durable and don’t tear or wear out easily.Noise canceling – works great. Makes a noticeable difference compared to regular headphones if you are in a car or on the plane, and there is no loss of audio quality with the noise canceling on. The noise canceling works best for low pitch noise.Headband – padded all around (not just the top part) and it is soft enough and wide enough to be comfortable for wearing it for long periodsControls – easy to figure out without having to read the manual. The buttons for ANC, volume, and power are easy to find and let you answer calls without having to get your phone outPackaging - Comes with a hard case that is pretty good qualityBattery – the best thing about these is the rechargeable battery which works with the included USB cable. If these are anything like the ShareMe headphones from Mixcder, battery life is super long and will last you a long flight without having to recharge.Support - I have had one other pair of Mixcders and they stand by their product. Even if its past the warranty, the will try and help you.Cons:One feature that I liked on the Audio Technica PXC-550s was that they automatically turn on when you rotate the ear cups. These don’t have that, but they are still easy enough to power on, and will not accidentally power on when they are in your bag.Overall, these are really well made, have great sound quality, strong bass, and cost way less than other bluetooth ANC headphones out there.

Couldn't be more happy with this purchase!
I haven't had these headphones long, but I'm super pleased with them so far! They are extremely comfortable, the sound is very good for wireless Bluetooth headphones, and the noise-cancelling is fantastic! They really take me away to another place, when listening to streaming music or audiobooks while at the gym, going for a walk, or doing a few chores."20 hours of playtime" sounds great, but I'll need to test that for a while, to see if they really last that long between charging. I'll update this review if the headphones don't live up to that most-important claim. I'll also keep an eye on how durable they are, and how they hold up to sweating in the gym, and how long it's holds it's charge in between uses, though so far I'm quite satisfied on all fronts. They also look really nice and come in a very handy storage case, which I continue to use for storage and travel. It was easy to pair the headphones with my Samsung Note 9, and now they recognize each other instantly when I turn the headphones on. I've only taken a few phone calls while wearing the headphones so far, and I've asked the people on the other end how I sounded. "Clear as a bell," was the response. One concern I read from another reviewer was that the range was not good if you are walking away from your phone or device, while using these headphones. That's not really a problem for me as I always have my phone in a pocket, and the connection has been solid! That said, I tried walking around the house while leaving my phone in another room. It worked perfect in the next room over, and I was about 30 feet away to the kitchen before it would start to crackle a bit. So perhaps this won't cut it for you if you are looking for the Bluetooth to reach very far, but I'm very impressed.I will promptly update this review if the headphones let me down in any way, but so far I couldn't be more happy with this purchase!

A Good Budget ANC Headset
I have never used ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) headphones in the past except for trying them out in stores. After trying these a lot after almost a week I can say that I'm mostly pleased with how these perform. Keep in mind that I'm comparing these to my expectations for the price that I paid. The noise cancellation works well for cancelling out normal conversation from across the room or even from around 10 feet away. It does not cancel out loud conversation or very loud noises close by. For example, I could hear my daughter when she was yelling at me in the living room (for testing purposes of course). But when she was talking in a normal tone about 10 feet away I could not hear a thing. I did not get to try this in an air plane but the instructions say that it is meant for low frequency sound. Not sure what that means for trying this on a noisy plane but it works well for around the house when my son is chatting with his friends for example. In terms of the quality of the sound I would say the bass is very good. The overall quality is what I would expect from headphones for this price, which is to say that they are not lacking in much. If you want IMAX quality sound I can imagine you might need to pay more and I wouldn't say these are the headphones you want. If you are happy with rich crisp sounding quality of a high end home speaker system in your ears than that is probably what you are going to get.The functionality of everything was very good. The buttons are easy to press. You can hear the difference when you turn on and off the ANC system. The headphones charged without issue and they lasted me at least 16 hours before they needed to be charged. I believe it says it's supposed to last 18 hours but your mileage may vary. The one part that I found disappointing and that I ultimately docked a star from the product was the overall feel of the headphones. They aren't bad but they do feel a bit on the heavy side. Also I feel like they press too much on either side of my head. I'm not sure if this is because of the ANC or just a design issue. I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable but compared to other bluetooth headsets I've tried around the price range and even from the same manufacturer I would say they aren't as comfortable as I would expect. As an added bonus the headphones came with a extra year of warranty if you register the product on the manufacturers website. I still need to do this at the time of writing this review.Overall, I feel that this product is worth the price I paid for it. I would classify it as a solid performer for a budget headphone but it would be a stretch to say it is a mid or high end set of headphones. If you are in the market for a good deal for noise cancelling headphones then this is probably what I would look for. If you want something more comfortable I might pay the extra price and get something else.Summary:Pros- Bluetooth functional from up to 40 feet away- Noise cancelling good for normal conversation across the room- Easy to pair- Extra warranty when you register headphones- adjustable headset- easy to use- good battery life (16 hours according to my test)Cons- a bit on the heavy side to wear- not the most comfortable

Great pair of budget-friendly wireless, noise cancelling headphones
BUILD QUALITY (4 / 5): The build quality is good. It's about on par with what you'd expect from a pair of wireless headphones that cost $60. They've got a plasticky feel to them, but it feels like decent quality plastic and the construction feels solid. Not sure I'd want to drop these too many times though. The button all have a nice, solid feel to them.COMFORT AND FIT (4.5 / 5): These are quite comfortable. I'd say very similar to the Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones I used to have. The earpieces are very soft and cushiony, and feel quite nice on my ears. The cups are large enough that they fit completely over my ears, but just barely (I've got average sized ears for an adult male). The band connecting the two ear pieces is almost completely lined with a nice, soft padding that is very comfortable on the top of my head. My only complaint is that the headphones don't extend as much as I think they should. I've got a normal sized head for an adult male, and I wear them at their second longest setting... so there's not much more room for larger heads. So these may be a bit small for you if you have a large head.FEATURES (4.5 / 5): These headphones, despite their very reasonable price, have a very good set of features.➠ You can use them even if the battery is dead, by plugging them into your audio device with a standard headphone cable (included). This is very handy if you run out of juice in the middle of a trip and still want to listen to your music, etc. Of course, active noise cancellation won't work if the battery is dead though.➠ You can turn the active noise cancellation on and off. Not sure why you'd want to turn it off, but you can if you want (according to the manual, it only makes a small difference in battery life).➠ There are buttons for volume and to turn them on/off. The volume buttons also double as skip forward/backward buttons if you hold them down, and the power button also serves as a play/pause button if you hold it down. There's also a separate slider switch to turn active noise cancellation on/off.➠ There's a built-in microphone, so you can use these for phone calls. Not sure how well they work since I haven't tested that feature, but my experience with this type of setup is that it only works well if you're in a quite place.➠ The ear pieces rotate, providing better fit and also allowing the headphones to lay flat for storage / transport purposes. Note these come with a nice, zippered, semi-hard carrying case, in which they lie flat, making it easier to tuck them away in your bag.➠ They charge via micro USB port, so it's easy to find a charging cable for them.SOUND QUALITY (4.5 / 5): I'm not an audiophile, but I do appreciate good sound quality. The sound quality on these is actually pretty good, especially considering the price. Is it as good as on the Bose QuietComfort headphones? No... but it's definitely good, and will be acceptable for most people. The bass is actually fairly punchy and has a pretty decent presence. The mids and highs are nothing to make you fall off your chair, but they're totally respectable. I've used them listening to music, podcasts and videos, and they're good for all of these. Note that when you turn on the noise cancellation, the overall volume and especially bass decrease. I've seen some people see this as a negative. But personally I prefer the sound with the noise cancellation on... it seems to become tighter (again, especially in the bass), if a bit quieter. My main suggestion for improvement is actually to make the maximum volume a bit higher. When outside or on the bus, etc., I often have to put the volume at or near the max. to be able to hear what's playing clearly (even with noise cancellation on).BATTERY LIFE (5 / 5): The manual says the battery should last up to 18 hours with noise cancellation on and 20 hours with it off. I haven’t precisely timed the battery life, but I could believe it’s in the ballpark of the stated 18 hours. In any case, it’s a very good battery life, and I generally only need to charge them once every couple of weeks or so. The charge time is also really good, at only about 1.5 hours. Also of note is the fact that noise cancellation has a minimal impact on battery life… so not much point in turning it off to save battery life.NOISE REDUCTION EFFECTIVENESS (3.5 / 5): The active noise reduction on these isn't bad, but it's not great either - I'd say it's noticeably less effective than the Bose QC15 headphones. The active noise cancellation on mixcder headphones really just block out low frequency sounds, and don't do much for the mid to high frequency sounds. So on a bus, for example, although it's reduced, you'll still hear a good amount of engine and traffic noise and so on. It essentially just reduces the low frequency hum that comes from the engine. That said, the passive noise reduction on these (that comes from the ear pieces physically blocking out the sound) is actually pretty decent. So the overall noise reducing effect of these headphones is not bad. Bottom line: they do make a difference, but don't expect to blown away by the noise reducing capabilities of these headphones. Note that when you go over a bump (such as when on the bus) the sound can cut out for a split second. I think this has to do with the noise cancellation, as I experienced the same thing with my Bose QC15 headphones (although it seems to happen more frequently with the mixcder headphones).BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY (5 / 5): Bluetooth pairing with these is super easy, and worked for me without a hitch on both my phone and computer. The connection once paired seems pretty stable... they rarely cut in/out (aside from the bump issue mentioned above). I haven't tested the range, but they work well within the range one would normally maintain (a few feet from the audio source). This isn't my first pair of wireless headphones, but I still can never quite get over how awesome wireless is!OVERALL IMPRESSION (4 / 5): The bottom line is that for a very reasonable price, you get a good sounding, well built, comfortable pair of wireless headphones that also have a bit of noise cancelling ability. If you aren't willing / able to spend several times more money to get high end noise cancelling headphones, I would strongly consider these mixcder headphones.

Not good for running, jogging, or walking. Pretty good for stationary music-listening though
Needed some good headphones to replace my broken one so browsed on Amazon for a good one. At first I was a little hesitant to buy this one because the price is a little steep, but honestly most BOSE ones are $100+. The headphones that broke recently were also $20 ones off Amazon... and I've learnt my lesson. Finally decided to go with this one because looks like it's on sale for $50 off. I also wanted the Bluetooth connectivity.First off, the sound quality is decent. If you click "ANC" (noise cancelling) the sound becomes more clear. When you select ANC though, you're really going to get the noise-cancelling effect when you play music... it was hard for me to hear people calling my name when I had these headphones on. Bass a little indistinct with these headphones. [Update:] I did still notice the bustling noise of a busy street, however, when wearing it outdoors. By a busy road, you'll still hear the sound of cars rushing by, and it's kinda interesting because the car noise gets worked into the sound so it seems like it's coming from your music... not sure what that's about. While the earpads are soft and tuck nicely over the ears, if you wear it on a hot day or for too long it gets a little muggy. I also found the headphone handle resting on the top of my head a little annoying but the upside is that the headphones are pretty sturdy. [Update:] After wearing it for a while, I brought it outdoors on my commute and realized that the plastic part bounces annoyingly on your head. Definitely not great for running, jogging, or even fast walking. If you're planning on only using this device while stationary (like at work), then it'll be ok. However, if you're going to be walking about with this thing on, the sound of plastic knocking on plastic right above your ears is a bit aggravating. The best part of the purchase was the little pack it came with to store the headphones and also a cord for if you want to connect directly to a headphone jack.[Update/Summary] Honestly, I'd suggest going all out and buying a pair of the authentic, big-name headphones (like Bose, Audio-technica, etc.) if you're an audiophile like me. I just started music production and realized these headphones are definitely not ideal if you want to immerse yourself in a world of music...I'd prefer getting an expensive one than having to go through multiple headphones on Amazon that might not give me what I want. That being said, if you just want a normal pair of headphones you can use at work, these ones are pretty decent, especially with the carrying case provided.

Nice Headphones
This my second set of Mixcder headphones. I was so impressed with the first pair that I decided to order this set for two reasons. My niece borrowed the other one for a trip she was taking. I told her how much nicer it was on a long plane flight to use headphones rather than ear buds, so she took them along. She loved them so much that I ordered the new set and will let her keep the old one. There is a bit of a method to my madness. The newer model is really cool looking. The other was bad by these ones look much more expensive than they are.The sound is wonderful. It’s the same quality as the other pair I had and it’s really pretty great. It also has a lightning fast Bluetooth connection. Once it’s paired, there’s no lag at all in getting it to reconnect if needed. I haven’t used it much for phone calls but it covers the two important bases. I can hear them and they can hear me.The controls are easy to access and pretty simplistic. There are only four all together. A power button, two volume controls and a button that turns the noise cancelling on and off.It has a rechargeable battery that charges quickly and seemingly lasts forever once it’s fully charged. I think it says 20 hours, but I’ve never timed it.It comes with a micro USB charging cable and an awesome carrying case. It also has an audio cable so it not only connects with Bluetooth, but will plug into devices that aren’t Bluetooth enabled, like the seats on airplanes.I can’t remember whether or not I reviewed my original set but, if I did, I would have given it 5 stars and I have no problem giving the Mixcder E7 a solid thumbs up.

Good for the Price
I got these during a lightning sale. Great deal. The Good: Price was right, packaging was great, comes with a case. The sound quality is decent if you are just watching movies or not an audiophile. Fit snug (I have thin face). Looks great. The Bad: So far, its been 24 hours at using these and I can tell the audio quality is just decent. Seems a little "muddy", I will try my friend's Bose Bluetooth headphones to see the difference. The BASS IS TOO POWERFUL; takes away from the experience.ANC is slight but there.IF THIS REVIEW WAS HELPFUL CLICK YES! THANK YOU!
