The shoes are very comfortable for my long shifts, however the shoe was falling apart after only one week of use. For the price I paid I expected better quality - when I requested an exchange - I sent back the shoes within the time frame they requested and got an order for the replacement to be sent. It said I should receive it by 2/27. 2/28 came and I looked up my order and found that the order was cancelled and I was refunded but only half the cost of the shoes.

I was really hopeful about these sneakers because they came highly recommended for foot pain relief and arch support, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to the hype for me. The shoes run tight and felt uncomfortable right from the start. Even after adding customized insoles, the arch support wasn’t enough, and they still didn’t feel like walking on clouds as promised. The style is sleek and modern, which I liked, but comfort is my top priority since I work 12-hour shifts on my feet a lot. Sadly, these just didn’t cut it for long hours or foot pain relief. If you’re looking for both style and effective arch support for long shifts, you might want to look elsewhere. Disappointed given the positive reviews I read.

The size is not the standard size of most Cloud 5 shoes. They are running larger. Don't buy from Licensed Mart , its a rip off and their restocking fee's are extremely large.
