I love this bag. Won't loose my wallet because it is attached.My keys have an attachment so I can get them quickly. The top flap hides the zipper, so that is a theft deterrent and the pocket in the back is, too. I can wear it as a backpack or sling since the straps zip together or apart. Plus, this bag holds a lot! Has pockets and a zippered pocket inside. It also looks 😍🌹 lovely and is comfortable to carry, easy to grab by its handle or strap(s). Waterproof and stain resistant. Excellent bag. Getting another. Zippers work great. Great value, very portable, performing very well.

Really nice bag! Bought it cause it was on sale...wasn't wild about the lizard print...but when it got here...it's really nice. Waterproof and super roomy inside. Also...the little extra purse is helpful. One of my sisters was with me when I opened the box the bag came in....she immediately asked me to order the same bag for her. That's a good recommendation right there...especially because she had just bought another bag...but liked this one way more.I highly recommend Baggalini....nice look...very functional...and this one was a great price!!! I needed this backpack/purse for traveling. I am going out of the country and have heard to many horror stories about pickpockets and thieves. I needed a backpack/purse but it was essential that a person coming from behind could not access either the pockets or the large section. This is perfect. The bag zips at the top and the side pockets are flat and can hold any insignificant items. Everything valuable will be fully protected. I am so pleased and feel safe!!! I highly recommend this beautiful and useful bag. In addition, I must add it lives up to the Baggallini standard re: quality and style.

Perfect bag for day trips when you are going to need to use your hands a lot or be active. It's made very well and very good quality. It's not too big, and not to small either. It works best as a back pack. A little clumsy when you try and zip the straps up and use it as a shoulder bag.

All PROS: This METRO bag is great and I've had 4 of them over the years in Black, Brown, Black Cheetah and a summer Pink one. I am 5'0" and I can adjust the straps to fit me comfortably on my lower back and still allow easy removal. I just sling it off my right shoulder to access anything inside, then zip it up and sling it back on. The outside pocket is perfect for my cell phone. Inside is a slim, RFID protected wallet with 3 credit card sleeves. There is another outside pocket which is against your back when you are wearing the Metro. I used that for flat, lightweight items; but good for passport or other papers you don't want someone to have access to from the outside. I always wear as a backpack, so never zip the straps together; but I do unclasp a strap and wrap it around the chair back or arm when I'm out dining. That way I'm hoping if someone tries to remove [steal] the purse from my chair they won't make a quick get-a-way and will hopefully be stopped all together. When the Metro wasn't made for a short time I tried either the Essential Mini backpack or the Naples; but it was too long for me and the straps were not directly attached to the top of the purse but to a 3" tab so I couldn't adjust the straps to fit my body. I Only Buy the METRO version. They last for several years; but the straps start to crack and lose some "leather". I think it would be easy to replace the straps if they sold them separately; but I don't see that anywhere. BUY THIS BAG.

The bag is really cute, seems to be of good quality, hence the three stars. I ultimately returned it because it has no exterior phone access pockets. Both the front and rear zippered pockets were too small to accommodate my iPhone 14 Pro Max (with fairly slim phone case). I looked for reviews to address this before purchasing, didn’t see any, and took a chance. I’m hoping this review will assist others who have the same question before going to the trouble to purchase and sadly return if this is important to you.

Just what I was looking for! I live in New York City and wanted a backpack. I walk a lot and didn’t like the weight of a crossbody on my shoulders. However I wanted a backpack that had a zipper compartment hidden against my back for security to hold my cell phone when riding the subway or in a crowd. This backpack fit the bill. In addition, it has an interior zipper part pocket that is deep enough to hold my wallet. The top main zipper also has a flap over it for extra security. It holds what I need: wallet, cell, phone, gum, eyeglasses, sunglasses, and a small cosmetics bag. Not a lot of extra room but I can live with that.
