Great Vacuum... Great Service
I purchased my robotic vacuum in September 2018 and just two weeks ago it began acting up on me. So I called the service number and got in contact with a service representative that told me that they would be more than happy to help me. They asked me to take a short video to show them what the vacuum was doing which I did. Once I sent that video they determined that the battery was bad and they immediately ordered a replacement battery which I am waiting for currently to arrive. This vacuum is great as we have two dogs that shed constantly and four kids that track tons of dirt into the house. With mostly hard floors, our Mooka does a very good job keeping the floors clean everyday. It is also very quiet compared with the Bobsweep robotic vacuum that I also have. The Mooka is so quiet that it will run early in the morning while we are asleep and never disturbs us. It is far less expensive than other robotic vacuums and does a quality job! It is easy to clean and maintain and always finds its way back to the charging base as long as the kids don't leave anything on the floor for it to get tangled up with. I am actually thinking of getting another one as our house is large and it takes at least two charge cycles for the Mooka to do a thorough cleaning of our floors. If you have a smaller house or apartment, then this thing is going to change your life!

Why pay twice as much?
It appears that there are only four companies that make robot vacuum cleaners, iRobot, Samsung, Dyson and the Chinese company that makes the core robot for the many companies selling vacuums that look identical to the Mooka, most of which cost much more. I tried to find out what I would get by paying twice as much as the Mooka price for one of the other brands, but, if there are any significant differences, they are not obvious from the information available. The Mooka vacuum is working very well. It runs for about two hours each day starting at the programmed time and, eventually over the course of a few days, visits every room in the house. We no longer have the "ghost turds" due to dogs shedding floating around on the floor. Mooka gets into the places that are a nuisance to try to get to with a standard vacuum cleaner. It even seems that the A/C filters don't need to be changed as often since we have been running the Mooka. The bin generally needs to be emptied every one or two days but, in our case, most of the content is dog hair so a home without shedding pets can probably go longer without emptying.

Could not be happier for the first three months, then I learned
A simple version of a very popular device. I had no trouble whatsoever setting it up for use and programming a daily cleaning time. The device works exactly as advertised picking up lots of pet hair and keeping my hardwood floors free of little debris and ghost turds. Cleaning is easy and takes only a few minutes a day. Mine runs about 2 1/2 hours on a full charge and returns home when it needs some juice. It has gotten stuck on a small throw rug or two but handles my larger area rug just fine. I felt the purchase price was really good too. Worst problem I've had is having the batteries in the remote quit pretty fast. I think they were older batteries when I installed them.UPDATE March 6 2019: As of two days ago I have installed the third set of batteries into the remote. The batteries are lasting about one month. Not exactly a good thing considering I usually change my remote batteries once a year or so for ALL of my other remote controls. Now the machine will turn on at the assigned time, run for a few SECONDS and then stall, beep, and both lights flash until I physically go to the unit and press the power button. The unit will NOT run for more than a few seconds before faulting. It will return to the charger but only after I clear the fault and press the home button at the machine. The remote will NOT clear the fault or work at all once the unit is in fault mode. I cleaned all of the accessible parts and tried again with the same result. Basically I am very disappointed at this point. Looking in to warranty as the return window has closed.Update March 7 2019: Amazon verified the contact information for Mooka is invalid. The number works but only to deliver a recorded "Goodbye" and then hang-up. Amazon has made me whole for the issue by refunding my purchase price despite the "return window" closing. Another good experience with Amazon despite Mooka's less than stand-up performance. I will be buying a different brand with better customer service reviews.

Great Product Quality and Customer Support (after 1 year of daily use)
This is a simple robot. No wifi or fancy features. It does memorize the floor plan all by itself eventually (give it time), and make it back to the charger (almost always). After a year of daily use, being handled, taken apart and cleaned nearly daily..... Here are some very good points about the Vacuum:1) It is built very well...not cheaply made. Parts stand up to daily use as does battery.2) It vacuums a long long time....just as long as they claim3) Even with daily cleaning..you will find LOTS of lint, dirt and other things in the trap. It always finds things to clean4) Overall ...It reduces what I need to clean, and keeps floors cleaner more easily......Hey isnt that what these things are supposed to do ?I did have a problem with a filter part, and because of their mistake, they made up for it by expediting me what I needed very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy a Mooka product again because they clearly stand behind customer satisfaction..If they get one that works on thicker carpet ...I will try that too.RegardsJim
