Hard to figure what temperature is being used

If your project requires a specie temperature, DO NOT purchase this heat press.I ordered the BossTop Mug Heat press with the intention of using this machine to make some products for a craft show I had coming up the following week. Delivery was fast; it arrived the next morning... however, everything from that point was a complete and utter disappointment. I ended up returning the equipment and purchasing another Heat Press from Planet Flame (which I am very happy with).First, the instructions provided aren’t really instructions, they provide more of a vague general idea of how to operate the machine.. and it doesn’t cover everything. There is no way to change the temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice verse. The P-1 setting only reached a temp of 380F and P2 is useless. The final straw was that the machine never truly reached the temp it was displaying. I know this bc after my images weren’t transferring I used a thermometer and there was a 50-80+ temperature difference (it was showing a higher temp on the smart control, when in reality it was no where close to reaching the displayed temperature.And if you try to contact the company, good luck. I emailed, fb messaged (there is no company website) and called.. and was unable to get a response. It wasn’t until they were notified of my return that I received an email from Boss Top asking for details regarding the return of my purchase.I apologize if my thoughts and rant is all over the place.. it’s simply bc there were so many issues with this machine, it’s difficult to list them all.

It's very EASY to use this and very impressive. Four pressing pads design, so the heating surface is very even. And love their Two Working Modes: for Flat Surface and for Mug Heat Transfer Printing. But this machine not including MugMate attachmen.Overall, it is worth.

Instruction could have been better, overall okay. Easy to use. We are new to sublimation, so we really do not have anything to base it on. Mugs came out great except on bottom right corner which could be user error.

This little mug press works well. I agree with some of the other reviews about it beeping and not quite always following the process, but I haven't had a bad press yet. Sometimes I need to push the red button an extra time or two, then it gets back on track. I notice the temp dropping, but I believe that the cup is absorbing the heat, then it begins to raise back up shortly thereafter. My only concern is that the screws provided for the handle didn't seem to be very long...and YEP, you guessed it, it came off after about 10 uses. I plan to buy longer screws and reattach.

This company is top notch! I had a small issue ordering this product at first but this company rectified it immediately and have excellent customer service! I have absolutely no complaints or regrets with this product or company! This mug press is a great machine!
