Tastes great and I got it to add to my homemade soy milk for tcm benefits

I've been taking this for about a month- so it's hard to tell which is why I left a 4 star instead of 5. I will update as I continue my journey with this herb. It should be noted if you have never tried this that it will have a bit of an unpleasant taste. The texture is similar to that of an overly dry raisin but it's not unbearable. The more you take it the more you get used to it.

After watching videos of this company and their practices, I will be using their products for a long time. This is a very different taste for me, and it took a lil bit to get used to it. But I have to say these things are great snacks. I love them.

It’s moist and chewy to snack with and hydrated nice and plump in some soup or teas. Delicious!

It’s sugar added and tasted like years old stock... Only tasted one and then dumped all the rest... Will never buy again.
