This little box holds immaculate healthy low car, high Protein FLAVORFUL chunky chili! The texture is excellent and the flavor combination is on par. When I crave chili but need to stay track with my diet, this does the trick. It’s very satiating and keeps me full until my next meal.

Absolutely delicious. Perfect blend of spices, authentic southwest flavor. I live in Texas and since I started low carb, I've lost weight really well but sadly, there are so few options for items like chili that are quick and easy. I did tweak it a bit and added ground beef, an onion, and a small can of green chili peppers. But the real credit goes to Healthsmart for getting those spices and seasonings right. Good stuff, super easy and a snap to make. You don't have to add other items ike I did, that's just what i usually what I do. I'm thrilled with it and will be buying it again.

Like this much better than the 5&1 plan chili.

Love this Chili in my omlettes with hot sauce and cheese.
