Very Disappointed - Lack of Customer Service/Support
I bought this item for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease. I ordered this item while he was hospitalized for treatment for a variety of issues, including his starting to wander. Upon release from the hospital, last August, he has not been able to navigate for himself without supervision. The shoe tracker was no longer needed. During his hospitalization I attempted to get the tracking app to work on my phone w/o success. I made several phone calls for tech support - I was told to watch videos/ that someone would call back,when they did call the answer was try again, etc. I never could get it to work. After being frustrated I asked for the return procedure as I was not happy. Service Rep said they would get back to me. Still waiting. Upon my husband's return home I became (and still am) his primary care giver and don't have the time to spend chasing these people down. Still sitting brand new in the box. A lot of money spent with no results! I would not recommend this product.

Wrong charger.
The charging station is not the same as it shown. I cannot accurately charge the smart sole. It suppose be the white rectangular one with indicators. Instead I got a black round one with no indicator.
