This has been on constantly in our two bedroom apartment. For some reason we just struggle with humidity, most of the tenants do here. It works fantastically, and we're even going to be purchasing the smaller version for the bathroom as it tends to need a bit of extra help after the shower is ran. It's energy efficient, a great value for as much work it does, it's not noisy at all, easy to empty, and even during the summer months it can hold a lot of water so we don't have to empty it so frequently. I've also never had it put off any heat like the other dehumidifiers I have had in the past. It's just a well built little machine. I could not recommend this enough!

This unit was great for 11 months. Then it stopped removing water from the air. I used to have to empty the bucket every 8 hours, but then one day it just stopped filling the bucket. I bought an extended warranty for it when I got it, but the warranty vendor said it was still under manufacturer warranty, so I had to get it fixed by them. Turns out Veagaso does a 3 year warranty. The problem is, they don't honor the warranty! They say it is normal for the unit to remove behave differently under different room conditions, but the thing is, nothing has changed in the room conditions. It is always in the mid 70s in here with high humidity, which is why I use the dehumidifiers. My other one is still functioning normally, although now that this one isn't filling up at all the other is filling up every 6 hours so I have to empty it more frequently. Edit: After I explained in more detail exactly how the unit had failed (not warming the air after cooling it) the manufacturer issued a refund. I had already ordered another dehumidifier, since my small one is doing too much work without this larger one, so at least I won't be out the money for 3 units when I only have 2 functioning ones. While I wish they had diagnosed the problem without my having to learn how the units work to diagnose it myself, at least they did refund for the non-working unit, and promptly so. The support team is easy to work with once you can nail down what exactly is going wrong. I loved the unit until this happened.

I love this machine, it works so well. I tried a couple others but I live in the attic with three areas, and I needed something more powerful. Even with a couple conditioners, the humidity was out of control. And adding this to the mix really helped allow the air conditioners to work better. The tank is big so I only have to empty it once a day, or twice on a very humid day and I appreciate that there's a handle on it. I think it has some tubes for an automatic drain, but I don't have that capability so using the tank is fine. I have tried others that are just too small and not strong enough, and this gets the job done. It really cools down my third floor, I even have it in the other room and my bedroom stays cooler. After a very hot and humid summer, I was so grateful to finally find this, and to discover how much humidity I actually had in the Attic. Even now that it's cooler I'm probably still going to use it to take the stuffiness out. I think that's better for my health as well. And I love that it automatically shuts off with some beeping, so I know when to empty it, and you can regulate it just by the level that you like, and it goes off and on top stay at that level. A great machine! I also appreciated the extended warranty that the company offered.

DO NOT BUY!! We bought on 8-1-2024, on 6-22-2025 it stopped dehumidifying. Fan works but no water comes out. Humidity level on unit went up from 45% to 71%. We also bought 4 year Amazon warranty. BUT, since less than 1 year, warranty we bought does not cover it, manufacturer supposed to cover the 1st year. Spent 30 minutes with insurer chatting, than another 15 minutest sending 2 messages to Veagaso. In China. Supposed to hear something in 48 hours. we did all trouble shooting. Does not work. less than 11 months and failed. UDPDATE ON VEASAGO DEHUMIDIFER: Ariana, representing Veagaso, contacted me and provided exceptional 5 STAR HELP! She obtained a refund of the price I paid plus sales tax plus a refund of the Asurion Warranty which did not pay since unit was still under VEAGASO warranty. She was exceptionally helpful! However, my review is for future buyers. So a 5000sq foot dehumidifier that works for less than 11 months is is not something I can recommend. But the representative Ariana deserves a BIG 5 STAR RATING.

This basement humidifier checked all of the boxes!! It has all functions you could need. It’s really quiet. Sometimes I need to go check it to make sure it’s still running it’s so quiet . It comes with a hose but I wanted to kee track of the water it collects. It stops when the water bin is full. The water pan is easy to remove and has a handle .Not heavy to empty. So far it has done what it’s suppose . I empty it in the evening and in the morning. Musty dampness is gone!! I love it so far! I think AI recommended it as highly reliable. You won’t be sorry . I researched for weeks!

The dehumidifier was very easy to use. Controls are straightforward and the large digital display of current humidity makes seeing the level with a glance and not having to go over to the machine. Very easy to empty the bin of water (comes with a retractable handle) and reset the bin in place. The unit automatically recognizes the bin is back and restarts in a few seconds. We had, due to some issues this year with our HVAC, been experiencing high humidity levels. The unit removed gallons of water from the air over the first 10 days or so and now helps to maintain a more consistent and healthy level of humidity in the house. This was important as high humidity levels (above 80%) can lead to mold in the walls over time. However, even at the low speed, the unit has been highly effective and efficient in removing moisture and maintaining the humidity in the low 50’s% level. A great value for the money.
