Placed the order May31st and received bike June 9th. After getting it put together I had some issues getting it to run like I wanted (due to my lack of understanding of what the appropriate settings should be) but the issues were resolved quickly texting with a customer service rep via Whatsapp, the app they had initially reached out to me through when the bike shipped. Customer service was very responsive via Whatsapp. The included toolkit is actually pretty nice. There was one hole that didn’t line up bolting the basket to the rack but a few passes with a small round file solved that issue. The rack and basket are very robust and sturdy which is the same overall impression I get about the bike itself. I’m looking forward to enjoying the long range capabilities afforded by this large capacity battery. I’ve only taken it out for one ride but I’m pretty happy with it so far. The battery only dropped about 3% after an almost 5 mile ride on a dirt road at a constant 14 MPH under motor power alone. Aside from the price drop right after I purchased, the buying experience went well. This seems like it’s going to be a fun bike to own. I’ll update my review as I get more time in the saddle. I’m taking it to Orange Beach Alabama next weekend to ride 26 miles of trails. Update....I've got 82 miles on the bike after taking it to Orange Beach for the 4th of July. Riding it around the Gulf State Park trails was a blast. The bike performed flawlessly during my ride at Orange Beach with one exception. The bolt holding the rear fender brace fell out at some point. That's my fault since I installed the fender and most likely did not tighten the bolt enough. I fixed it with tie wraps I keep in my toolkit and Eahora is sending me a replacement bolt. I went thru some rain on my return drive home and even thought the bike was covered with a waterproof cover; I had an Error 25 when I got home and checked the bike. Fault with brake sensor. Hopefully this bike is more water resistant than this. I contacted my seller and they are sending a replacement. The Amazon listing mentions IP 65 rating so I'm not sure why I got the error, but the seller is making it right under warranty. They have been highly responsive to my inquiries so far and I'm very pleased with my new eBike. If you are on the fence about buying this bike, I say go for it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This bike is amazing. I went bout 40 miles from a full charge. And it went down to only @75% charge still remaining. Also the company can be contacted if u encounter any problems. They respond back very quickly. Can't say enough how good this bike and the company is.
