I have never used these for my pool exercises. I am so glad I tried them. It really added a lot to my pool water walks and my pool kicking routines and pool jumping jacks.

Aquatic Cuffs are the greatest invention since the swimming pool. I always considered a pool a recreational thing. Now that I have discovered the cuffs, I think of it primarily as a low-impact exercise arena. To me, swimming laps is a boring activity. I have the “spread” to prove that laps do not hold my interest. Moving around in the pool with the light resistance reminds me of being a kid, and moving in various non-traditional ways simply because it felt good. I discovered moves in aqua therapy training that combine the “feel-good” with meaningful exercise. Which brings me to my one criticism of the Aquatic Cuffs. Namely, there is no instruction book to show me how to get the most efficient workout with the cuffs. I’m enjoying the cuffs so much, I feel compelled to buy the entire set of workout gear.

Works the core every time you wear them. Love them!

They are adequate. My ankles are small, so they slide up and down when working out my legs.

They didn’t seem to be adjustable at all as far as tightness and they did not fit my ankles at all. They kept sliding up over my calf, which made it very painful, they also put a lot of stress on my knees. They were returned.

These were great and they are multifunctional
