Does anyone mix this with something else or just water?

I just mixed it with water. Does not have a heavy taste, so I guess you could mix with Gatorade or something with a defined taste.

What are in the Natural Flavors? And why aren't you listing them?

The flavor profile is a proprietary blend so we try to keep them off. The main ones are Lemon and Key-Lime fruit extracts. Nothing is artificial in our products and they are of course Non-GMO and Gluten Free. The Electrolyte Mix is also Vegan.

They have a two year shelf life and the expiration is printed on the bottom of each box and stamped on each packet inside.

Excellent Electrolytes

Great electrolytes! Sweetener is stevia. The blueberry pomegranate flavor is a great balance, not anything overpowering. In addition you can buy it in a jar. You get more for your money. It comes with a scoop so you get the right amount in a 16 ounce glass of water. It was a great service, a quick delivery of my order!
