My purpose of making curd is for the life culture fermentation, I added spoon of curd in milk at temperature of 40°C, but after 3hrs curd was formed, however, machine maintained its temperature at 60°C.. while for live culture, it’s not possible to survive at that temperature.. I don't see point of eating that curd..

The product is very useful when it comes to consistency irrespective of the outside temperature. Just that it lacks the auto shutdown. Having said that, there is an interesting catch there. They give you a free gift to claim card. But if you have purchased more than one order, through each product will have the free gift card, the company will decline to give you more than one gift. They say that one order, one gift irrespective of how many products you buy. This is a cheap tactic by this brand and they never mention these anywhere. The point is, when you mention something it is your brand integrity to keep it up. Unfortunately, they don't and I ended up wasting time following up. I am sharing this as awareness for so that no one will waste time and be disappointed.
