Great products. The leg "weights" really make you work in the pool. Just remember, they float. If trying to walk and you step too high, your legs will also float!

I had to return due to the fact I couldn’t get the belt any tighter and it kept riding up. Otherwise I would have kept it if it fit me properly.

I literally use this every day in the pool! Great product and highly recommended! I will be purchasing again! The product uses durable, has lasted me a year so far with virtually daily use! I even take the ankle and hand weights with me when I travel. Adjustable sizing so my husband has used them .

I have to get use to them is what I think. I do feel the resistance. However, I sometimes loose my footing with them and fall back. I try to stay close to edge of pool. I tried to swim with them and I almost panicked. It doesn't say in the instructions to swim with them on for resistance or not. So I figured it was okay but I got a little scared. Won't do that again.

Love this set! Definitely a must for anyone wanting to do water aerobics or non impact water exercises. The belt with adjustable floatations make it great for my husband and myself to use the same set of equipment. Which saved us money and space. So far they have held up well, easy to use and the included exercises were very useful. The belt fits all of us and the color is a very pretty blue. Would recommend this set.
