We love Frank’s hot sauce

I started keeping this on the kitchen counter after a late dinner where the food came out a bit plain and we were just trying to fix it quickly without cooking more. I drizzled it over a plate of wings and a slice of pizza, and it immediately pulled everything together instead of overpowering it. Since then, it’s become part of almost every quick meal at home, especially when we’re mixing flavors or just need something to lift leftovers. I’ve also used it in a couple of simple sauces, and it blends in without losing its character. It’s one of those bottles that doesn’t get put away because it keeps getting reached for throughout the week.

The guys here will shake this on almost everything. I may add a little to the next batch of chilli and devil eggs. We will find out if Red Hot is too much or enough.
