I truly like how it dispenses the energy over time, it really works. No high spike then high down. The taste is smooth and blended well. Comes with a creamy covering which blends into the berry taste.

Way past use date when received

Thank you for selling these Solo bars. Our local supermarket used to carry these and stopped. I have trouble with hypoglycemia, so need energy bars with low glycemic index and no chocolate (berry or lemon). Solo is one of the few or only bars that tastes great and doesn't cause sugar problems. Thus I have become dependent on having these with me at work and on trips for the mid morning sugar low or pre workout snack in afternoon.

I used to be able to find these bars at the local stores. For whatever reason, they all stopped selling them. These bars are friggin awesome!!! They taste great, don't hype you up and let you crash like bars with sugar, they taste great, are soft and easy on the teeth and the taste great!

This product is great for those looking for a low glycemic chosein an energy bar. Highly recommend this product.

I love these. I have to hide them from my kids or I won't get any. They are really really tasty, filling and don't spike my blood sugar.

SoLo bars seem to me to be a somewhat unique combination of a high level of healthy protein with significant fiber and moderate fat and natural sweetening  SoLo Bars, Berry Bliss, 1.76-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)SoLo Bars, Lemon Lift, 1.76-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)SoLo Bars, Peanut Power, 1.76-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12) . They do not have overwhelming amounts of any vitamin or mineral. They are sufficiently low in iron to be healthy for a man of which I am one. They are neither dry nor do they stick to your teeth. I love the Berry Bliss flavor but I feel sure the other flavors are good, too.
