Be Well by Kelly Unflavored Grass Finished Beef Protein Powder

This is my first experience with protein powder. I had been avoiding it for years because I heard how awful they taste. I recently was required to get some to supplement my diet and went in " blind" when I came across Be Well by Kelly. I was glad it was sugar & soy free as well as being grass finished so I decided to give it a try. I was extremely pleased to discover my fears were unwarranted, at least with this product. It didn't change the taste of my smoothie at all!

This is the best protein powder! I’ve tried vanilla and chocolate but prefer the UNFLAVORED so that I can control the flavor. The unflavored does not have a weird taste like many of the ones on the market. I personally thought the vanilla and chocolate flavors are too sweet. In the past I’d cut those flavors with unflavored to help that sweet balance. Best quality protein there is on the market.

I’ve been making protein shakes for a while but realized most powders I’ve been using have a lot of additives and was looking for a clean and more natural alternative. I found this one because it was recommended by apps that let you know if it’s a clean product and healthier alternative and decided to try it out. I did the unflavored one because I wanted to be able to mix it up with different berries to get different flavors. I know when it says unflavored it would have a slight taste to it regardless but did not expect the taste at all!! It has a very metallic taste and as much as I wanted to like it I can’t get it down without becoming nauseous 🤧 I would not recommend the unflavored one at all. I had even got it in a subscription because I liked how it is clean ingredients but I canceled because I could get it through no matter what I mixed it with. I really wish I would have tried a flavored one. Not sure if I’m able to exchange since I did open it and it’s a food item:/

My health is noticeably different when I don't incorporate this into my diet as much. This product is high quality and tastes decent. You get your money's worth when you consider how good it is for you. The texture is top notch and it's worth every penny.

Ive tried so many proteins to support my training and recently because I’ve had GI issues things have become even more confining and I was beginning to lose hope. Honestly this is a fantastic product. I can’t speak to the source of the ingredients but I can tell you this is the only protein on the market that doesn’t have fillers, sugar and allergens, is made of beef isolate (which is hands down better for muscle repair and growth) and didn’t cause a flare up. I have had zero issues getting this to mix even without a blender… I was nervous about the unflavored variety but they were out of stock on chocolate and honestly I’m so glad because now I put it in everything. Pancakes, overnight cream of buckwheat. I add LMNT chocolate cinnamon and a little vanilla extract to my smoothie and it is delicious. Highly recommend for people with GO troubles looking to maintain their gains
