Review: Not a difficult replacement, solid product - We've had a broken sun visor for maybe 6 years. It would fall down just enough to be annoying. But this fixed that issue. Installation is a slight challenge to remove the old one--I'm always cautious and don't want to break more than I am trying to fix. You need a little screwdriver and go in at about a 45 degree angle towards the center interior of the vehicle and then twist the visor towards the outside of the vehicle. It give a slight pop and you are able to pull it down. Reconnecting is a breeze. Review: Perfect fit and function - Really pleased with this - I was concerned that the color match may be off after reading other reviews, but if there is a difference, my old eyes can't see it. Seems identical to the original fit item except for the bar that lets you slide the visor out - this one is gray plastic and the original one is metal. The lights on either side of the mirror are brighter and whiter than the original, too. These are a little tricky to fit, with a plastic clip that needs to be moved to a specific position, but once you watch a few videos you'll know what to expect. Solid value at around half the price of the factory part, so I'd recommend this.

Not a difficult replacement, solid product

Fits and works.
The item came just as described. It was easy to install, and matches just like the OEM. The build feels sturdy, and is working well to replace the failed OEM mirror.

Caused electrical issues after 5 months.
Looks good and worked ok for 5 months, then developed a short that popped a fuse and caused all my interior lights to go out. Was causing the circuit to pull 29 amps. Difficult expensive diagnosis.
