I would no. They are like a normal barbie doll. My 9 year old has one and it's still in pretty good shape

They would be big. The BTS doll bodies are very thin and have proportionally very long calves to give them their height. I'm sure BTS doll clothes would not fit a Ken doll, but the other way around depends on your definition of fit.

BTSの事を全く知らずに購入しましたが関節も動くし採寸したり服も着せやすいです。マテル社のドールなのでケンと同じかなと思いましたがサイズは BTSの方が小さめです。足のサイズはケンよりは少し大きめですね。あと何体か欲しいですね。
