What is dimensions on tire?

This is misleading... I bought these thinking they were 4.5 tall as answered by the two previous commenters, but these are absolutely 4.75. Now I have tires that will not fit my truck.

Does this product include foam inserts?

Yes they come with foams but foams are almost important as the tires. Prolines new dual stage are or a set of crawler innovations dual stage but it can get complicated with how many choices they have. Think about it this way, the correct foam gets you the most performance out of your tires

on a beadlock wheel can I drive these in water without water getting in the foam?

You could but you'd need to seal the beadlock wheel. Most have holes in them to allow air to enter and leave. You'd also have trouble with them getting too stiff from air pressure. Just let the foam get wet and wring them out and replace the foam when it goes to poo.

I am loving these tires! I purchased a set for my TRX-4 K10. They look and work great. Nice soft and sticky compound. I would highly recommend these tires if you're looking for an upgrade.
