I work at a desk and was having horrible neck and back pain that required me to use tigers balm, heat pads, and massager on my neck every night. I’d toss and turn in agony. I got this pillow to relieve some of the pain I would wake up with. I also made some changes to my desk and to my posture but this pillow has been extremely comfortable and helpful as well!! I do wish I had got the larger one so I would recommend getting bigger size. The small one is only a little wider than a throw pillow. I like that it accommodates all sleeping positions and that the pillowcase is removable for washing.

buy the pricey pillow.! i was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try because my other pillow gave me batman neck for a week and i needed relief. this pillow has helped me sleep better, there’s no tension on my neck and now i can fully swivel my head as my maker originally intentioned lol. seriously try it and make sure you order the right size. i ordered standard because i have a smaller frame and i thought maybe it would be too thin but its actually perfect.

After reading the reviews, i wasn’t sure if i would get the relief i was seeking. So glad i went with my first mind to give it a try. First night, instant relief!! I expected to be uncomfortable && for it to take a few days to adjust. I woke up rested && no numbness in my left arm. No stiff neck, no tenderness at the base of my head or in my shoulders. I thought that the pillow was a little flat, but it was perfect!

At first it helped but when the time pass it does not help with your neck pain so you can sleep better it just makes it worst on the next day when you wake up.

I love my pillow, it aligns everything perfectly… no more painful nights. Now I need to order one for travel.

The product is not as shown. More, it is very thin, no support. It has no filling, foam, in the pillow to even have any cushion or plush for support. Sadly I am not able to use. Waste of money.
