Great hub, compatible, small size with easy set up and connecting. The display in the front shows all info i need, regarding to how it's connecting and which device is charging, the temperature for using both charging and connecting does not feel hot at all. I normally has one screen, 1 to 2charging devices at the same time, and the monitor connecting to it stay connected all the time, the speed of transmission are no lag at all for office works. and Baseus have been generous on providing a lengthy cable for connecting to laptop, comparing to other brands hub are so short it make it diffcult to use the laptop's keyboard.

This has made my quality of life so much better! I got tired of working off a laptop all the time, so I splurged on this docking station and invested in a monitor and a keyboard. I don't need double monitors, I just needed to get off the laptop and have a bigger screen to work on, and this solved all my problems. It's cute, has a tiny footprint, and works flawlessly. I have a single monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a label printer, a webcam and a speaker all plugged into this Baseus docking station and it is just seamless. I actually enjoy going to work now! I can't fault it.

Works as intended for Asus laptops and more. Love the ability to plug in multiple monitors and devices. Very durable to with well made and sturdy ports. It is a tad on the large side but if you need to transport should be a hassle. Love all the ports.

For the price, this little unit works pretty well. I am using this unit to connect two external monitors to my laptop. It also keeps my laptop charged. I had a problem with my ethernet connection when I ran it through the hub. When I connected directly to my laptop, the problem went away. I think it is good value for the price.

I am pleased with this docking station. I did have a problem with the initial docking station I received from Amazon. I reached out to Baseus customer service, and they worked with me to troubleshoot the problem of repeated power cycling of the docking station. When that didn't work, they sent me a replacement at no cost. After six weeks of using the replacement unit, I have not had any issues and am very pleased with the docking station and the customer service support.

I've tried two of these , one that came with a gan charger , and the other without ( which is not clearly advertised) - The video pass thru is spotty at best, and will only recognize multiple monitors using one DP and two hdmi, and cannot handle high refresh rates. It also advertises a 100w pd thru put, and it will ONLY output 3.9-45 watts, thats it. confirmed with multiple devices and power input.

I’ve been using this Baseus 11-in-1 docking station with my Windows laptop for a while, and overall it works very well. The build feels solid, the ports are easy to access, and it helps keep my desk much cleaner. HDMI and DisplayPort output worked smoothly for my external monitors, and the USB-C/USB-A transfer speed is fast enough for daily work. The Ethernet connection is stable, and the included power adapter is a nice bonus since I don’t need to buy one separately. It does get slightly warm after long use, but nothing unusual for a dock with this many ports. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable docking station for anyone using multiple displays and accessories with a laptop.
