Q: Does the actual product have the notch in the casing for use on a Japanese Mega Drive system?

Yes it does. The product comes in a universal shell that fits any region consoles.

Q: how do you put games on the X7?

You drag and drop games from a pc to a micro sd card. Sdcard must be formated to fat32. You also need to drag and drop firmware's folder (from krikzz) on root of sd card.

Q: Which games are not suported?

As far as I know, all games are supported. Not only Genesis, but this thing will play 32X & Master System games, & Gamegear games

Q: Are you abe to save on every game?

Hi! The x7 is the top of the line product. It can save state and do normal save as well. 99% of games works. I can't put 100% because I didn't test all the game.
